Hey G.E.C.K.O. With CS templates, there are some examples if you look in req threads. But if you want, I could give you a basic one?
Sure, the patient may have bled a little, sweated a little, cried a little; but Doctor Thorne did always say he put blood, sweat and tears into getting these patients better. He just never said whose blood, sweat, and tears.

Alrighty. This is a really basic one, if you need other sections, like abilities/skills/powers, you can just add in the extra sections.

Name
Age
Species
Personality
Appearance
Bio/Background/Character History
Extra
Sure, the patient may have bled a little, sweated a little, cried a little; but Doctor Thorne did always say he put blood, sweat and tears into getting these patients better. He just never said whose blood, sweat, and tears.

Just copy and paste it, then fill in the sections.
Sure, the patient may have bled a little, sweated a little, cried a little; but Doctor Thorne did always say he put blood, sweat and tears into getting these patients better. He just never said whose blood, sweat, and tears.

Yeah. When you do CSes properly for RPs, people like them more filled in, but you have the general idea.
Sure, the patient may have bled a little, sweated a little, cried a little; but Doctor Thorne did always say he put blood, sweat and tears into getting these patients better. He just never said whose blood, sweat, and tears.
