This. It's the fact that Novak is offering a guy a drink, and he offers it by brand name rather than item type (e.g. water, juice...) It is such a subtle little bit of characterization here, and I think it really helps establish a lot about the character. Great example of how small things can show a lot about who a guy is - it really stood out at me.
