Was music better back in the day?

Keep things civil, people, or else we'll put you in time-out.

Music is a matter of tastes.

On a similar note, people who keep saying that they were born “in the wrong generation” completely irk me. If you were born in the wrong generation then you wouldn’t be commenting on a Bing Crosby YouTube video, would you? No, you’d be drafted into the Korean war only to be rejected due to your scrawny ass failing medical examination. Have fun being shamed because you couldn’t make it into the military, only to eventually perish at the Chosin Resevoir because your weak ass couldn’t spend a winter there.

That is way too specific; are you a ghost?

He ain't dead. Yet.

Anyway, back to the topic at hand. I have no input, but I'm also very picky when it comes to music, so... XD

I mean, as long as it doesn't repeat the same two sentences about how the artist has more money than me, fucked my [insert female familiar], or is just greater than everyone else, music nowadays can be pretty good.

Oh, and let's not forget all the songs describing how the artist would make love to a certain person from their liking.

Personally, I prefer J-Pop, J-Rock, Eminem(He's a genre now, deal with it), and some western Pop/Rock.
Should you be lucky enough to balance the correct number of murdered babies with adequate hours of volunteer service at children's cancer hospitals, you'll end up Neutral.

Josh Woodward is fairly modern. I like to think he's decent, at least.

He's a good musician, and even more amazingly, all his music is free and under a creative commons - attribution license.
Alone she drifts from ancient mists
Nary a candle, nary a wish
But in the wont of wandering paths
Through wooded knolls, and windworn crags
She seeks a face she thought as friend
But now -- she thinks as judgement's end
