Personality: If you're having a party, you'll probably want to invite Denri.
Ecstatic and yet cool-headed, Denri knows how to approach others and quickly make friends. It is clear within minutes how open she is about herself and about everything. She exudes positivity the same way her matter exudes radiation, but unlike it, always has something new to share, surprising people with unique views on a variety of topics.
While she is known for her extraversion, Denri doesn't mind her alone time, and close friends of her can testify that she can often spend days on end cooped up alone in her room.
Biography:

Primary Power: Corona
It begins with a nearly invisible glow, clearest when it is darkest.
Within a 3 meter radius that keeps on expanding, Denri projects ionizing radiation consisting of a combined lot of alpha, beta and gamma radiation (although the latter is technically electromagnetic radiation), and some magic.
While the field is growing, to a yet unknown limit, Denri has to keep a close eye on her surroundings. Keep it around for too long and the ever accelerating field of influence might harm a civilian. This is why Denri uses Corona in bursts, which are now subconscious, yet can be easily altered consciously to accommodate to a varying number of targets and varying population density. Due to the threat of harming civilians, Denri will avoid forming a radius big enough to encapsulate all Grimm in an area, and instead maneuver around them all to Target them individually, the effect taking place quickly and for several hours at a time, not requiring her to pass them by again.
Grimm hit by Corona are slowed down considerably, and the more complex sorts may find difficulty in using their different attacks.
Secondary Power: Half-life
While it causes the radius to expand much faster, Denri can project more sieverts of ionizing radiation than Corona typically allows her to. This is where Half-life comes in.
Enemies struck by her strengthened projection will begin to deteriorate, expelling energy which oddly enough is not radiation. Small orbs of seemingly nothing, Denri can absorb them to increase her capabilities all around, from speed to strength to reflexes. Yet Half-life doesn't only expel the orbs, but also absorbs them within a field slightly greater than the field of influence.
Both a perk and a disadvantage, Half-life doesn't only absorb the orbs, but also breaks down the ionizing particles incredibly quickly, causing them to lose effect, and so Denri must synchronize between the two abilities for maximum efficiency.

Half-life is not limited to just Grimm, but rather works on any living being, and so can be used without Corona to temporarily boost Denri even in her normal life.
Tertiary Skill:
Denri is both light on her feet and knowledgeable in radiology, capable of understanding her powers in more ways than one, and utilize them in a way that is safer to civilians.
Hyper Power: Doppler
When enough energy from the orbs is gathered, Denri will be able to achieve such speeds and such mastery of her abilities that she will be able to direct her attacks, instead of radiuses, into either narrow or wide, depending on her choice, funnels, through which the energy transmitted is far greater.
Clutch Power: Fallout
Denri can release even more energy than she does during Half-life. When enough energy is released in one burst, Denri will experience a sickening sensation as control over her powers will be temporarily taken away from her, bursting with enough radiation to she'd fallout that can last over a month, its effects immediate and lethal. This knocks out Denri for a duration of two days to three weeks, after which she will only be able to treat some of the fallout.

Denri is 1.70 meters in height.
She has blonde hair, one she maintains short and often uncombed, leaving it messy in a style that goes with her personality.
She is almost always seen with a pair of headphones, loving to experience the world through different auditory filters.
One might usually find her wearing a random ensemble from her wardrobe, often involving a white top and a pair of either blue jeans of brown cargo pants.

Denri also possesses a pair of rollerblades, ones colored neon yellow though somewhat plain on appearance. They extrude out of the shoes themselves, allowing for a quick transformation.
Appearance after Transformation:
Denri's appearance doesn't change with her transformation, but her attire does.
After transforming, on top of Denri's head sits a firm black conductor's cap, and around which lie her headphones, but transformed as well -- steampunk headphones characterized by an analog clock on either side and an ancient wood brown color in different antique-looking shades, whilst inside is a solid black material comfortable to the touch and excellent to play music through.
Her casual attire consists of a tight black top and short baggy cargo pants, typically jeans blue.

Denri's rollerblades become more saturated, changing from white-yellow to black-yellow patterns. The blades become far easier to maneuver and sharper.

Age: 19
Personality: Shodo likes to keep to herself. She isn't very confident, even though she is one of the Top 15. She finds herself capable of using words around others, but... there's not much she can say. She can come off as either shy or uninterested, as her social energy depletes rather quickly, which is why she spends a lot of time with her face planted in her notebook, where she doodles and writes.
Nevertheless, it seems as some people can connect to her, and those are people she will never let get hurt, and will die protecting, even if no explanation will be given when asked for one.
Whether she is considered bright or ignorant is out of the question. Shodo excelled in the academy, but her teachers always struggled with her, except for one or two, as she would hardly participate in class, and when she would, she would always stutter.
Her characters speak for her, as do her actions. Showing she has the courage to stand up and fight, even if she doesn't have the courage to stand up in a heated discussion, is what lets her try harder and harder to break all boundaries.
Biography:

Primary Power: Creator
Dark gray dust covers the tips of Shodo's sharp transformed fingers. It is graphite, with which Shodo can draw beings which she nicknamed her Characters.
Characters vary greatly in complexity, varying between a stick figure to a work of art. This variation has a great effect on her Characters, as the more complex a Character is, or rather, the more imaginative Shodo is when she is creating her Character, the more capabilities it has, and the stronger it is. However, the more complex a character is, the more taxing it is to finalize it and the more taxing it is to maintain it. It is both the complexity of the drawing and the thought behind a Character that give it its true strength, as complexity builds up integrity, imagination applies attributes to the Characters which differentiates them from the others.
With this, Shodo can either create a couple of highly complex bodyguards, of an army of stickmen, each with a different variety of capabilities, but all potentially lethal depending on the thought that went into the making of the Characters, a more complex character capable of properly maintaining each attribute and more attributes, without becoming overburdened or Overpowered, which results in an imbalanced Character with a far shorter life.

Each drawing is suspended from Shodo's fingertips until she is done, not interrupting her but interrupting anything in her way, for the better— when an enemy is attacking faster than she can create a character, and can therefore use it as an incredibly brittle shield— and for worse— disrupting her process.
Shodo can only create Characters, and so a Work In Progress is the only shield she can imbue herself with.

When Characters die they break into graphite dust, and cannot be retrieved.
They are vulnerable to water, as it makes them easier to break.
Secondary Power: Inked
A blade filled with ink stretches over the back of Shodo's hands. With it, she can either attack enemies or ink her Characters.
Inking a character makes it universally stronger, making it far harder to break and nullifying the effects of water altogether.
Inking a Character can be done either sloppily, by covering it with ink which will also make it heavier, or expertly, which will give it a lighter shield.
Ink encumbers Characters, but without time constraints, expert inking is always better than sloppy inking, as there is no direct link between the weight of a shield and its durability. Expert inking gives a Character far more protection than sloppy inking, although at times sloppy inking may be useful to stop enemies in their tracks by sloppily inking a whole platoon.
Tertiary Skill:
Shodo is both a good artist and a fine storyteller, capable of coming up with Character designs and stories in no time.
Hyper Power: Edit
Information exists in many forms, and information is stored in many ways.
Shodo can access the information that surrounds her, gaining the knowledge required to know the location of everything in a book nearly incorporeal to all but her, where gorgeous detailing of everything is kept. If one were to try and touch it, their hand would pass through it, filling an encapsulating sensation of ink around the nosey extremity, with a layer of ink that cannot be removed until the end of the Hyper, yet possesses no additional qualities.
The book is created by her ink deposits, as they continuously flow from the tips into the air in front of her, into the shape of it. Through the book, Shodo can manipulate information, adding qualities to existing things, creating realistic items and Characters, and erasing information with no bounds beyond her own imagination.
Clutch Power: Bust
From the tips of her fingers, Shodo generates orbs as big as she can hold in her hand.
When thrown at a target, a cloud of graphite will smother and blind them, contaminating the air supply and both blocking light sources, while covering any opening limb or uncovered layer of skin such as the eyeball beneath the lid.
Shodo can create more and more bombs, and so duration is not a survival factor, although Shodo can choose to spare whoever she wishes to by ceasing to toss her graphite orbs.

Short beams of focused, random-colored energy shoot from the tips of Aleta's fingers. The energy, while travelling, oscillates in a sinusoidal wave, which causes it to hum at a high pitch as it moves. Aleta has fine-tuned control over how this wave manifests, and as such, is able to compose entire melodies during her displays.

Secondary:

Bass Boost.

Aleta generates a wave of concussive force from her palm. This rapidly expands the air in a directed blast, which resonates with a loud booming noise reminiscent of an electronic bass. By altering the intensity, Aleta is able to control both pitch and duration of the noise.

Hyper:

Power Amp.

For around five minutes, all of Aleta's powers gain the following effects.

Lumitone - There is no duration on how long the beams can be shot, and they now are capable of curving to seek out opponents. The colors are no longer purely aesthetic; red light will conflagrate, blue light freeze, orange explode, yellow electrocute, green paralyze, and purple confuse. The colors are still random.

Bass Boost - Aleta can now charge the shockwaves by making a fist. They will thrum in a pulsating rhythm that rises in volume as they charge. Charged waves, when released, are able to explode multiple times (up to ten) by imploding upon themselves, each subsequent explosion a lower intensity from the prior.

After her time runs out, she becomes fatigued.

Clutch:

Doki-Doki Revolution.

A band of bright, black energy surrounds Aleta and a single target. Two panels resembling grids of three by three materialize under her and her opponent's feet, marked by four out-facing arrows on the outer middle squares. Anyone that attempts to break through the black band, inside or outside, will be flung in the opposite direction with equal force.

A pre-rendered announcement created by Aleta booms, signaling the start of the game, and holographic arrows facing random directions made of the same black energy as the band begin to descend from the center of the arena. Both players must match the movement the arrow(s) describe by pushing their feet on the corresponding arrows of their platforms. The arrows will increase in speed until either a player misses a step, or a player leaves their platform. In either of these scenarios, the black band will instantaneously disappear and materialize solely around the offender, closing to constrict them and dealing massive damage in the process. For humans, basic Grimm, and weak Lords, this is instantaneously fatal. Greater Lords can survive, though they may be grievously wounded.

A cool and stoic beauty. She efficiently cuts through horde of Grimm, all the while remaining graceful. Although she rarely gives interview, she was known amongst her circle of friends to be somewhat of an aloof airhead with an uncommon sense and an inability to read the atmosphere. Obviously, she never realized this, and would carry on with her amusing uncommon sense.

Biography:
Hero of Kyushu. Her family owns a French restaurant there. Because Baguette.

Primary Power: Musketeer's Rapier
Camille's trademark weapon. The rapier easily pierce through Grimm like hot knife through butter.

Camille's physical ability is also passively improved even while she was not transformed, although it is greatly improves while transformed. The most prominent boost is her agility, precision, and eyesight.

Secondary Power: Cheval Noir
Camille can summon a magical black horse. It can run up to a ridiculous speed of 600km/h. It is very resistant to most attacks, especially Grimm's.

I'm on a horse.

Tertiary Skill: French cuisine
Camille's family owns a restaurant, and so she was raised around her family's proud traditional recipe. Everybody loves her cooking, and she loves to cook for them too.

Asking her for a baguette bread will make her annoyed at the implied stereotype, but she will usually have some in her room.

Hyper Power: Black Musket
Camille's musket is comparable to a tank's cannon. It's extremely accurate, and has an extremely long effective range. Since it fires magical bullets, it has virtually no kick-back. Camille can lend her musket(s) to anyone, and they can use it effectively providing that they are a good shot.

Camille can summon either the muskets or the bullets separately. Loading the bullets manually cost little magic, but takes time (and look somewhat ridiculous because it's a muzzle loading musket). Summon a pre-loaded musket cost considerable magic, but can be done repeatedly.

Clutch Power: Black Musketeers of the Guard
Summon a magical musketeers. They are all equipped with a rapier, and Camille can additionally give them a horse, a musket, and a pack of bullets too if she wish so. She can summon them as much as her energy allows her to do so, which is usually about 50 at maximum.

They are fully autonomous, but will not attack unless ordered to do so. They will do what is necessary to protect themselves. Camille cannot control them directly, but they will respond to her order without a question. They won't kill Camille, however.

Camille can harness both positive and negative magic to summon the musketeers.

Personality: Eiko could be described as a rambunctious pest with a purpose. She's hardly ever serious and rarely puts effort into things but in the end, it works in her favor somehow. Of course, she's human with multi-faceted layers of complex emotions and ideas but she keeps all of that to herself. Why? Because reasons.
Biography:
Eiko was once the newbie to the DDC and had been partnered with Sakura or "Saint" as her mentor. They had gone through so much together and in facing the King of Disillusionment, they had failed. Sakura exchanged her own life to save Eiko but in doing so only pushed her to rewind time to keep that from happening. Ever. And thus an endless loop of Eiko's futile attempt to save Sakura from her imminent self-sacrifice continued. Eventually, it was Eiko who entered the field first and in turn looked after Sakura as her mentor. Unfortunately, the cycle had yet to be broken. Every alteration was met with a change to correct the timeline. In the end, Sakura will always die.
Primary Power:
Time Freeze - It doesn't stop entirely just continues forward at the slowest pace imaginable whilst Eiko is capable of moving normally
Secondary Power:
Place rifts, teleport to visited places, make windows to look through, make pocket bubbles - self-explanatory
Tertiary Skill:
Skilled in the building and machinations of timed explosives, typically for pranks but a useful skill nonetheless
Hyper Power:
Control of the pocket dimension - self-explanatory
Clutch Power:
Rewind time - What Eiko believes to be rewinding time, her conscious is actually abandoning her timeline for a more optimal parallel thread of timelines and in doing so creates more possible threads of time to jump to.

Personality:
Workaholic and quirky. She is driven by curiosity more than anything else. She would do questionable decisions just to see what would happen. Yet, she always have plan b, c, and so on whenever she threw herself into an unknown situation. She may not expect the outcome, but she is always prepared.

Is also an incorrigible alcoholic, and drinks every night after work.

Biography:
An orphan with a scholarship, Chika's future was carved by nothing but her own intelligence.

She was just a year away from her bachelor degrees too, when the Grimm attacked.

Yet, she wasn't angry. She was only curious. How come such a supernatural thing be possible? What was the Grimm, and how did they came into existence? A few years later, she questioned the nature of Magical Girls as well.

She was smart enough to be recruited to a part of a research team investigating the Grimm even though she was only in her early twenties. Despite their best effort, all that anyone knew was that Grimm were the embodiment of negative emotion, and Magical girls were their antithesis.

During one of their field observation in a fight between Gungnir and a Grimm, Chika was surprised to see a strange ribbon and waves of light around the two fighters. Whereas Gungnir’s light quickly take a red and blue colour as it formed into her iconic spears, the Grimm turned theirs into golden and dark coloured ribbon as it regenerated itself.

Chika found that she could see magic. Even more so, she could manipulate them as well.

Primary Power: Magic!
Chika has the most basic control of magical powers compared to everyone else. Most basic, and most direct; she can manipulate magical energy directly into producing any spells she can think off. Spells becomes more inefficient as they becomes more complex.

When transformed, Chiko gains a broom-staff that improves her effectiveness at using spells, and a lantern that stores a large amount of magic for her to freely use.

Mimicking other magical girls' or Grimm's spell is often inefficient, but can be very useful if situation calls for them.

Secondary Power: Witch's eyes
Chika can directly see the fabric of magical energy being weaved with her own eyes.

Although Chika “sees” magic, this ability works as if Chika had gained a sixth sense. She does not need line of sight, nor her eyes, to see this fabric of magic. This ability will work in complete darkness and obscurity, as well as if Chika was somehow blinded.

This allows her to foresee any spells being prepared, and the exact way it was being cast so she can easily mimic them if she desired.

Tertiary Skill: Pursuer of knowledge.

A true bookworm, almost photographic memory, and the wisdom to connect the dots. Learning languages is her hobby, and she never gets tired of learning more.

Hyper Power: Ritual

Through careful weaving of magic, Chika can cast any spell with minimum magic consumption.

Given enough time, spells that would normally be impossible for anyone to cast would be possible for Chika.

Clutch Power: Blood Magic Transmutation

Blood, and life, contains a great amount of magic.

By transmuting flesh, or an entire living things, they can be used as a fuel to cast powerful spells. This requires the “sacrifice” to be willing or immobilized, however.

Chika gains a sacrificial knife when transformed, and this knife can be used to channel magic from the ritual.

Personality:
A devout catholic, Charlotte is the epitome of a kind person. She will worry for everyone’s well being, offer helps however she could, and will never let her friends be hurt.

She carries a tranquil smile that truly comes from her heart, despite the hopelessness of the situation. Her faith never wavers whenever she was faced with insurmountable odds, as she knew God had plans for her, and that the lord would guide her to do the right thing at the right time. Perhaps that was indeed blind faith, but that also was her greatest strength. No amount of fear would make her lose her head, no amount of tragedy would shaken her, no amount of enemies would stop her.

Biography:
Charlotte was the daughter of a pastor in one of the catholic church in Japan. Although her parents were strict, like any devoted religious parents would be, Charlotte felt extremely comfortable with it. A life of order and faithfulness was her calling, and everyday for her was purposeful. She knew god had some plan for her, and she spent everyday to the fullest, gladly being the best she could be.

That had not changed when the Grimm attacked.

Her and her family went to the nearest emergency checkpoint. Her and her family lined up in the checkpoint as they were evacuated. Her and her family then volunteered to help out however they could, mostly in the form of giving religious service that comforted and gave hope to the survivors. Charlotte herself had saved a soul as well; befriending a girl who had survived alone. The girl later becomes Phantom, her trusted magical girl partner.

Charlotte’s faith was strengthened even further when she discovered her ability to turn anything she touches into silvers that ward off Grimm. God really had plan for her, and she was going to save as much people as possible, while sending all these Grimm back to the lord, so those lost soul too would be saved.

Primary Power: Crossbow
Charlotte is equipped with a crossbow once she transform. She can always summon them in her hand if she lost them for whatever reasons.

The crossbow can fire a magical bolt in any fashion suitable for the situation. Whether it be a cluster of bolts suitable for close range encounter, a stream of bolts in succession raining on horde of Grimm, or a devastating piercing bolt that can decimate foes from across the town, this crossbow can answer to them all.

Secondary Power: Silver Blessing
Charlotte can bless anything around her, including magical energy, with a magical power that enhance its durability and gives it the ability to burn all Grimm nearby. The blessing will cause the object to appear like a shiny silver. So long as the object are supplied with enough magic from Charlotte, the object will remain blessed. Once the magic source is cut, the object will gradually loses its shine.

The bolts of her crossbow are also always blessed with this.

Since her crossbow can be somewhat heavy, and requires Charlotte to transform, Charlotte also carries a small pistol and a sabre with her just in case. A single shot from this pistol, combined with silver blessing, is often enough to kill most medium sized Grimm. The sabre itself is also very effective at close range.

Tertiary Skill: Devout Catholic
Born and raised a catholic. Knows the bible through and through. Will offer religious guidance to those who have lost their way and hope. This is often effective at giving those poor soul another light of hope, as well as converting them to catholicism.

Catholic christianity was very popular before the Grimm, and Charlotte made sure that remained true.

Hyper Power: Holy Cross
This cross effectively ward off most Grimm on sight. It burns Grimm at a much greater intensity than object with silver blessing.

This cross also allows Charlotte to channel her magic with a much greater capacity efficiently, allowing Charlotte to use an empowered version of her primary and secondary without wasting too much magic. Although she can do this without using her cross, it would take too much time and energy to be practical.

Holy Cross: Ballista
Charlotte’s crossbow can be transformed into a stationary siege weapon when imbued with the cross’s blessing. Bigger Grimm calls for bigger bolts

Holy Cross: Holy Silver
Blessed object now literally evaporate parts of the Grimm on touch.

Clutch Power: Holy Cross: Divine Smite
The ultimate function of the cross allows Charlotte to call a blinding beam of light from the sky centered on her. The beam passes through all object, rendering cover useless. All the Grimm in the 200 meter radius will almost instantly disintegrate, unless they are exceptionally strong. Humans are spared and would only feel like they are bathed in gentle light.

The cross will lose its light, and it will take a few days before it recover any of its function again.

Appearance: Same but with casual clothes.

Primary Power:

Hair Loom.

Spinnerette has acute control over every single strand of hair on her head. She can extend them up to ten feet in length, weave them into intricate shapes, and make them as hard as steel or soft as silk at will. When hard, they have a high compressive strength, but are relatively brittle, easily snapped with a strong enough horizontal blow. While this isn't too much of a setback, it does require her to regenerate her lost length.

Secondary Power:

Magic 8-Eyes.

Eight glowing lenses surround Spinnerette's head. They remain within a foot of her head at all times, but beyond that, have a full freedom of motion by pivoting around a central point. Each lens provides Spinnerette with a narrow-view perspective similar to an individual with reduced field blindness. Each additional lens focused on top clears the image and enhances detail, and each lens after the third zooms perspective with a factor of 10. The perspective is only stereoscopic if Spinnerette has two lenses focused side-by-side in the same direction.

Tertiary Skill:

Anastasia is an up and coming beautician. While she isn't exactly a pro yet, her makeup tutorials are pretty popular, and she hopes to one day launch her own brand.

Hyper Power:

Tarantuella.

Spinnerette's hair expands massively in volume, forming eight sharp legs that lift her into the air. It possesses some degree of autonomy, hunting Grimm and defending Spinnerette without her directive, but it is subservient to any commands she wills.

Clutch Power:

Scalpossession.

All hair within Spinnerette's line of sight comes under her control. This is limited compared to her own hair, only allowing extension up to five feet and only reaching about half the hardness, but generally possesses enough strength to drag whatever unfortunate soul she's caught around by the scalp.

Cold is the nice way to describe her. Not exactly without emotion, or feeling but, distant. And not that distant where she's standing a few feet to your left, but more like, she's sitting at the top of the hill with you are standing at the bottom, and she can't be bothered to look down at you. Her attention is on the wisps of clouds in the skies above, and you? You are just some little thing, rolling about in the dirt.

If she acknowledges you, however slight it might seem, feel honored. Feel blessed. Few are ever granted such grace.

Biography:

Six when the Grimm first appeared, nine when her hometown fell her parents died and she moved to the growing New Kyoto to live with her aunt and uncle, she starts boxing for personal defense at nine as well, 15-16 for her powers manifesting, she topped the rankings at 18 and has held the top slot ever since.

Primary Power:
Reflection
Eye color during use will reflect the colors of whatever she looks at.

The majority of any of any physical damage done to Mei’s body is instead reflected back upon whoever struck her. If you punch her in the gut you will instead find yourself doubling over in pain, if you drive a blade into her arm then as soon as the edge bites into skin you will find the wound opening on your arm instead. It should be noted that while the damage is greatly dampened, Countess is not immune. If you cut her she will bleed, but the resulting break in her skin will be by far more shallow than the slice you will have inflicted on yourself.

This reflection works on magical attacks as well; though to a lesser degree. If physical attacks reflect ninety percent of the damage back onto the aggressor, magic attacks reflect back sixty percent of any damage taken.

Eye color during use is blue, with lines like those of a compass running through her eyes.

Mei imagines a line of any distance, this line can be perfectly straight or have bends or twists. Once the line is visualized Mei can place herself anywhere along that line without having to actually travel along it. To an outside observer it would seem as if Mei had simply vanished from where she was only to appear elsewhere within the same second. Mei does not have to have line of sight to her end destination of the line, if she imagines a line, say three miles long and moves to the end then she will have moved three miles from her starting position.

Visceral Planes
Eye color is her natural gray with a red ring around the pupil.

Mei imagines a shape, if she imagines a full shape, such as a cube or a cone then places that shape around a target she can place an invisible barrier around that target. She can likewise use this power to put up a quick barrier between herself and some threat.

However far more commonly Mei will simply imagine a plane running through the body of a Grimm, and separate the parts of the Grimm on either side of the plane as if it had simply been sliced by the sharpest blade.

Secondary Power
With her secondary power, Mei can switch between which of her primary powers she has equipped. She must remain on that that power for thirty seconds before she can swap powers again.

Tertiary Skill:
You ever watch a lone woman beat a Grimm to death? Well, if you are a fan of Jewels, then you probably have. Well, Mei is likely right up your alley then! Mei is a boxer who has stood at the top of the national rankings since she was sixteen.

Hyper Power:
Once activated Mei can use all three of her primary powers without needing to switch between them. Prolonged use of this power places a great strain upon her mind and body and can quickly lead to both mental and physical exhaustion.

Clutch Power:
Mei closes off the space around her with four planes. All around this small bubble up to one hundred yards away, planes will bisect any object unfortunate enough to be near.
