Beyond the walls of the capital city, farmlands dot the countryside, crossed by roads to all else in the world. Quests go here.

"Our outer guards have mentioned nothing of this," he says, both shocked and puzzled. "How is it possible they've gone under our noses with the increased guard activity? I'll escort you to Wrenhaven Palace; Lady Conrad would like to hear this. I would have our captain summoned, but he is currently working on another case. May I have your name, sir?" he asks, slightly irritated that he hadn't said it when he asked before. He continues walking as they talk, leading him to Wrenhaven.

It is strange, though, that our soldiers mentioned nothing of this... Just what is going on? he thinks to himself. Perhaps the captain would like to send a squad to investigate these claims.

Jonathan has left.

Relief washed over Lithius in a wave, the tension within the air around him melting away to nothing. With an audience secured, he would relay the information he needed and thus would help Azuria. His experience here had been more than accomadating so far, and he hoped the ruler’s amity was a reflection of the treatment he had undergone during his very short stay here. Upon hearing the words “Lady Conrad”, Lithius raised an eyebrow. Truthfully, he’d expected a male ruler within Azuria. A female ruler was not unheard of in certain circumstances, but it also wasn’t commonplace. For her to claim the throne...

”May I have your name, sir?”

Lithius looked to the guard as he was pulled out of his thoughts. He nodded in response.

”Lithius, the Sworn Protector of Veius.”

Lithius has exited.

nimona gazed up at the city wall. she made it. she made it to the capitol. she felt nervousness and excitement coiling in her as she walked up. she stopped before the gates and yelled up "oi! could you open the gates!?" she then thought about it and wondered... why is she the only one here, not on the wall?

"The gates are open, you ninny!" the Jonathan yells to the girl, his tone one of intense exasperation. "That's a wall! The gates are over here," he says, waving her over. He walks to the side of the road, spear and shield in hand, and waits for her. It would seem he's in for yet another strange day. At least the kid doesn't seem too harmful...

nimona looked to the guardsman and as she looked it was aparent that she had indeed mistooken the wall for a gate. that was to her right... and that was currently open... "how the 'ell did i miss that!" she yelled to herself as she walked to the gate. she stopped near the guard and asked. "by the way, do ya know any place that's good with enchanted swords?"

Ugh, more magic. After yesterday's encounter, it was the last thing he wanted to talk about. He sighs and looks her up and down, noting her weapons.

"As far as I know, the best place to obtain that kind of information would be the Dragon's Scale adventurer's guild," he tells her. "And unless you can obtain your own lodgings, the best place to go is the Blue Maiden Inn." Tilting his spear toward her, he adds; "And you best not cause us any trouble while you're here, young lady. We will be watching."

With this, he steps to the side and motions for her to enter.

"No problem at all, fair traveler," he says. The sergeant nods his head and allows the girl to pass. He then takes another look around, then, not seeing anyone else, resumes his post by the gate. Perhaps he would visit a tavern once his shift was over.

Lissa had been on the roads for a good two months. She hadn't as yet crossed paths with her father's group but in the last village they told her that she might find him in the city. She couldn't wait to see him and tell him of her adventures!

For example the town on the western boarders of Kendermoore was not called West Town as her map suggested. It was in fact Greendale and was a farming and trading town. The folks were a mix of gnomes, kender and some humans. Lissa wandered through the town's market. There wasn't much there accept for food and tools and things needed for farming so she didn't stay. She wandered until she found an inn and told the inn keep she was exploring and how it was her first night away from home. Oh and had they seem her father? He was a muscian.

The innkeeper, whose name was Tessa Haversack, shook her head " no we haven't had any musical types come out way in an age "

Lisa was disappointed but was certain that she'd find him in the city once She got there. That night as payment for her room and dinner, Lissa played her reed pipes for the inn. She thought she'd done fairly well but after two songs Tessa had said she's best rest and have something to eat. The next day Tessa had given her cheese, apples and some bread and told her to stay to the paths or the road and she'd find her herself at the city gates in no time.

That had been awhile ago, and now here she was on the back of a farmer's cart on her way to the city at last. She stood up on the back of the cart holding tight to the side eager to get a view of the gates from the road, she smiled and as the cart slowed she grabbed her pack and jumped down . " thank you for the ride! " she called as the cart headed off down the path to the traders entrance.

She skipped up to the gates and had a look around then shouted out " hello! Anyone about ? I would like to come in please "
