Ambrosia thought for a moment, before flashing her signature 'show-girl' smile. "Eisly, huh?" She said, leaning back against the counter, her eyes glancing over the man. "Well I suppose I could be nice to you, seeing we could be workin' with one another." She smiled, before he slid her a drink. She was always taught to be wary of drinks given by strangers, and she eyed it cautiously. "I don't often take drinks from strangers-" She looked at him, her face stern. "But I suppose I can take one from a co-worker."

Taking the drink, she downed it. It burned as it went down her throat, but she ignored the cheap metallic aftertaste that came with it. "So Eisly, what's in it for you?" She asked, propping her head up against her hand and looking to him.

Zeta looked over at Mirmuse and thought for a while. Unlike Androids, Zeta’s branch was much less humanoid, and as of such had no way of emoting visually. “Chances are with words, though we are prepared to defend ourselves if it ever gets ugly. You should probably go join him. Meanwhile I’m going to continue my game of slots. Hopefully I win something!”
———————————————————
Grinning as she downed the drink, he looked over at his coworker and grinned. “Well; in all honesty, from what I’ve heard it’s something benevolent. Perhaps it won’t pay me much, but unlike the other two that are with me... I’m not driven by gold. he smiled somewhat childishly, but not in an annoying way. ”By the way; sorry I’m not a good flirt. I should probably study my bro’s mannerisms more, but hey; a guy’s gotta learn. Looking forward to working with ya... sweetie he winked again, this time obnoxiously on purpose.

Ambrosia looked at him, head tilted. "Then what is it you're after, fame?" She asked, tracing her finger over the rim of her glass again. "Pretty sure this might just be for some big gang who wants some low-lives to do their dirty work." She sighed, scolding herself silently for being so negative. "But If it gives me freedom, i'm up for it." Ambrosia didn't want money or fame, she just wanted to be free. Free to go home and see her father and her mother one more time, free to actually leave this damned city once and for all.

"Oh, that's fine." She smiled, before hearing his 'sweetie' comment. She gave a small fake giggle, her eyes focused on his. "Call me sweetie again, and you wont be having any ladies coming to your 'town' anytime soon." Ambrosia then gave a smile, before turning away to watch the rest of the hotel and look for the Stranger.

"I hope ya do too. Catch ya on the flip side, pal," Mirmuse said with a wave, watching the robot return to the slop machine. They tilted their head quizzly for a second, staring at the robot's gangster friend and the vaguely sketchy-looking woman he was flirting with. Were they really about to bust in on that conversation just because a robot they'd just met had suggested it? Yes.

"Hey!" they chirped, pulling up a chair at the 87.5% human table and flopping onto it with a loud click. They grinned as widely as they could with a beak, resting their elbows on the table. "Your pal Zeta told me to come here 'n bug ya, shorty. How you guys doin' tonight?" They relished the shock in the humans' eyes, even as they hoped this wouldn't get them shot. Oh well; if they only stuck to stuff they knew wasn't going to get them shot, Mirmuse would never have any fun at all.

Ambrosia looked at the Eucharis that had sat directly in front of them, her eyes widening for a moment before her expression returned to normal. She ignored them, her eyes still looking around the Casino in boredom. She didn't have time for idle chit-chat, she needed to find this damned Stranger and get this over with. Already she could feel the alcohol kicking into her brain, making her thoughts jumble together a bit. Why did she accept that drink? She hated drinking, it just made her feel gross after a while. Letting out a frustrated sigh, Ambrosia leaned back into her chair and crossed her arms, finally paying attention to the Eucharis in front of them. "Doing great." She said, her tone bored and slightly annoyed by the crowded atmosphere. When she was working, she was so locked in thought she didn't have to pay attention to the crowds and the smoke, but now that she was just out and about, that seemed to be the only thing she could focus on.

The Damotrice and her companions neared the front door to the hotel. Scrunching her nose, Akello looked around to exterior of the building before reaching the doorway. She could've sworn that she heard this place would offer something new and exciting, however this place juts seemed like a regular rough bar filled with drunkards and scum.

"Aki, maybe you shouldn't have dressed like that. You look like some prostie' dominatrix."
Sethula, A sharp-browed Human with deep set eyes and a mop of black hair. He was usually a bit of a stick of a in the mud, but insisted on coming to the hotel after realising the group was adamant on their decision to meet up with the mysterious stranger.

"That's kind of the point. You can smell the toxic masculinity in the air. Men are going to flock to any girl unless they look like they take money for humiliating men." Akello paused for a few seconds after spouting this explanation in a know-it-all manner before finally spilling out. "You know what? Maybe I just wanted to dress like this. Whatever lets just get inside." Akello ignored the chuckle from the last member of the party, Fernir. A slightly older Luparis who's face appeared similar to that of an English Mastiff. He had changed his name once moving to Icarus Prime and was 6'7, taller than both Akello who was pushing 5'9 in her heels and Sethula who was 6'1.

Pushing open the door the three entered, looking around for anyone who could be the man who had brought them there. Fernir muttered a comment about going to look around before taking off without the other two. Shrugging, the pair headed to the bar and ordered drinks. After scanning the bar they turned back to each other.

"So, do you think they're here, Sethy?" Akello chirped, the atmosphere of a rough bar tended to put her in a more excitable mood. However it didn't seem the same for Sethula.
"No... not from what I'm seeing here." He watched Akello gulp down most of her drink and let out a long sigh. "Don't have too many of those. You were certain this was going to be serious, didn't you?"

”No I’m fairly certain I’m just doing this for the sake of doing something good. Why would they contact EFIC if it was gang trouble?” Eisly told Ambrosia. To be fair; he had a point. Why on Icarus would they even hire them then if it was a gang dispute?
Turning to the Eucharis, he smiled. ”I see ya know Zeta. Good bloke, although he hangs around with the wrong people too much. I’m Eisly. It’s nice to meet you.” his attention then shifted to the trio that entered the room. ”My my that woman there is also gorgeous...”
——————————————
The bartender looked over to the woman who just entered and the trio at the bar, talking to the four of them. ”All of you are now here... come; we have business to discuss.” he opened the door that read “Guest room 1” and floated inside.

Ambrosia rolled her eyes and mock gagged when Eisly began eyeing another woman. "God men are hopeless." She grumbled, standing up and stretching. She turned her head as the Bartender quickly beckoned them to follow. She got an odd feeling, and her hand went to her hip; where her dual pistols sat hidden beneath her jacket. She had learned not to trust people so quick, but it seemed if there were more than just her it should be fine. Quietly she walked after him into the room, cautiously glancing around. "What's this 'business'?"

Mirmuse widened their pupils, surprised that apparently the same person was there for all of them. They hadn't really thought the guy would be reputable, per se, given that he'd wanted to meet with them in The Stranger, but... Mirmuse would be lying if they weren't having second thoughts about meeting with someone who was also contacting gangsters and shady women hanging out in bars.

"Yeah, uh, I'd like to hear about that too," they said, following on the human woman's heels; they took care that none of their spikes chipped the no-doubt painfully expensive wooden doorway. They kept a hand in their pocket, the other still fiddling with the deck of cards.

Akello turned towards the group of people who the bartender was talking including her, and observed them closely. Previously she had heard the comment from the man also sitting amongst the group and, despite it being rather common for her, she couldn't help but be flattered. It was no surprise to anyone that Akello took pride in the way she looked and was very confident in it. She was often quite happy to receive compliments. A slight chuckle slipped out of her when she heard the complaints of another woman about the comment, who she assumed was the man's date.

After finishing her drink Akello stepped out of her chair, Sethula not far behind her. This whole situation seemed awfully suspicious, perhaps he was right to come along as to defend the group if needed. As the two headed into the room with the others, Sethula glanced behind him as to find Fernir. He was nowhere to be seen. Predictable. He had probably found the gambling machines and was playing his money away. Taking out his phone, Seth texted the Luparis as to inform him of their whereabouts, but also reassure him that the two would have everything handled. Clearing his throat, he begun to speak to those heading into the room.

"So, does anyone know what they're actually here for?"
