Ezrail was surprised and slightly ticked off at Mt black gooey’s response of his awesome stare down. However like he said, he didn’t have time to have a staring compition.

“Wait! Who you calling kid you funny looking jelly!? I didn’t even catch your name...”

It was already gone, towards the sound of war. Ezrail rolled his shoulders to stretch them a little. He had only been in America for a few months and he had seen some pretty stuffed up things but that took it to another level. Ezrail turned to face the dead giant swordsman.
They should really use somthing else next time.
Using his mind, he extanded a tendril towards them making sure their soul had been extinguished before following after Mr gooey. Ezrail thought his choice action. Reassured that he knows what he is doing he levitated himself off the ground. Gaining altitude to better see the fight. That’s when he saw the flying things. Monsters of all different shapes and sizes, flying around causing chaos like a typical alien from a suspicious looking random butthole in the sky. Ezrail took himself onto a tall building. He looked around getting the better picture of the battle. This is the first time he had been in something of this scale and he knew for a fact it wouldn’t be the last. The entity inside him whispers to him of a Great War but Ezrail didn’t ponder on it. Rather the task at hand. He focused on the flying creatures. Extending his mind towards them, only a few at a time as he was not skilled enough to go to all of them. He made sure none of them are not telepathic before one by one sending intense pain to them, making them unconscious to fall.

Maya quickly got to her feet a few moments after landing on the ground, feeling several scrapes stinging her right elbow. That was definitely gonna leave a mark. She got to her feet, pausing to ensure that she was steady, then looked at the newcomer. Awesome...another masked mystery. Initially, the sight of someone she didn't recognize wasn't comforting, but as soon as the stranger sent a motorcycle into Hercules' back, he seemed pretty okay. She analyzed the area with her glowing red eyes for the woman and her child, but saw that they had disappeared. Hopefully, they would find a good spot to hide in. Hopefully.

The teen twirled her guns about her index fingers as she fired into the explosion, hoping to maybe land a shot or two on the menace. It didn't seem to work, but rather get him even more agitated. That combined with the annoying pelting of rocks at him and laser shots made him furious. Maya took a moment to see the others that came to her side, some of them donning familiar clothing. Either Iron Fist was back, or there was a really committed cosplayer. But by the way he fought, it didn't look like he was the latter. Hercules hurled a manhole at him and proceeded to charge after the distraction. Maya fired up her boots and sped toward Iron Fist.

"Look out, Spandex," she shouted as she collided with him, pushing him hard enough to get out of harm's way just enough. Maya landed on the ground and fired again at the monster. She looked at Zolice and her bad-ass arm cannon.

"Hey, how much juice do you have? Blast the asshole back to where he came from!"

Hercules didn't seem to like what was going on. He roared, slamming on the ground with insurmountable force and sending out a shock-wave. Maya could feel herself be unbalanced enough to pause what she was doing to not fall. They needed to take this guy down with a shit-ton of firepower before he toppled the nearest skyscraper. She didn't know what else to do, not at this point. Maya began to wonder what her dad would do as she prayed that Zolice had good aim.

Solomon was thrown by Maya's impact, and was immediately frustrated with himself for not seeing that the manhole was just a distraction and not a main attack from Hercules. Granted, he was still thinking about his phrasing to ask out Cecelia tonight. Still hoping that might actually happen, but considering New York is under siege, he may need to cancel whatever not date plans he had. Even so, it was only asking if she even WANTED to go on a date, not even an official date. I mean plans could just be scheduled next week and she wouldn't know. Wait. Hercules. Got it. Cecelia can wait...even though she is not really waiting.

Anyway...

He was also surprised that Hercules was so quick to react. As he had recalled, Hercules was always a tank, but usually his attacks were somewhat predictable. The yellow eyes were haunting, either it was due to possession or mind control, or suped-up clone of some sort. He wasn't willing to bank on killing an ally if his mind was simply taken over. Who would be behind this, and at such a high level?

Hercules slammed the ground and sent out a shockwave, Solomon braced himself best he could, but was dazed by wave. His ears rang and he saw Hercules take a second this time to stand up after the shockwave. Suddenly a winged creature slammed the ground, and like pellets a few more followed. One alien actually hit Hercules. After being stunned from the annoyance he proceeded to tear the alien in half, innards flying everywhere. It was as terrifying and gross as at was awesome. Hercules, covered in a blueish green slime glanced up to check the skies then back to Maya and Solomon. He quickly turned to Maya,

"First, my name is Solomon. Second, get him to look up." Solomon flickered the power of the Iron Fist and shot her a quick smile to signal his plan. He took a more agile and defensive posture, ready to dodge, spring, and out weave the mammoth. New goal: Wait for the opening, and go for the knock out. He should have stretched before this, then again, how could you plan for a demigod? Ah New York.

Zolice planted her feet into the ground in response to the shockwave. Her mechanical leg helped keep her stabilized without too much effort on her part. She had already started charging the cannon, with Renton getting into a stance as slots opened up on him, two sets of missile launchers coming from him. She nodded towards Maya when she said to blast him. "Got enough Firepower, just keep clear," she warned them. "Renton, Fire." As soon as the order was given, at least five decent sized missiles (Decent being on the smaller side in the way of missiles, but still having enough firepower to level a building) slammed into Hercules, followed by a large blast from Zolice's cannon, the force causing her to slide back slightly.

Ezrail ducked under a swooping monster. Up close he noticed its yellow eyes. That evidence combined with the same emotion in all of the flying creatures heads gave him a conclusion something was behind them. Driving them to attack. Every monster head it. He could tell it isn’t their own mind but he wouldn’t ponder on it. He stood back up and brushed himself off. He noted there are fewer flying creatures in the sky. Less than half. His work came into affect. Now he can focus the ground. He leaned over the edge. All around the building. Things of different sizes rampaged and killed. The sight simply made him angry. He located each every mind, giving him a rough idea where everything is. He had learnt that having vision often leads to victory. However their is one particular scenario he sensed. A group of human minds and one big fat one. He snapped out of his haze upon hearing another creatures wings behind him. Instinctively he ducked and covered his head but it wasn’t enough. The monster grabbed him with its claws and took him airborn.
Well shit.

Ezrail grabbed it legs incase it tried to drop him he wouldn’t fall. It took him higher and higher. He though quickly and closed his eyes. Reach out with his mind and grabbed hold of it. Instantly whatever was controlling it left leaving it t Ezrail will without a fight. He seized the opitunity and claimed control over the beast. Keeping his eye closed he looked through the monsters eyes. Different sensations flooded him. However he is used to it. When he was in Australia he controlled different animals for practice so he is tuned to do this. He thought about where he would land and thought it would be best to go to the place the caught his attention earlier. Making the creature glided down than slowly go into a dive he arrived shortly to the fight. He made the creature hover onto a building. Ezrail opened his eyes and let go, dropping three feet down into a roof. The creature collapsed unconscious and fell to the ground.

No time to think, Ezrail quickly looked down and saw a group of people fight a gaint. Two girls and a dude, one with two awesome looking laser guns and the other with a robotic arm.

That’s Tony Stark’s daugther. I’m going to ask her out!!!

Ezrail noted the dude. He looked like he knew how to punch but they all seemed like they are having trouble with the gaint. Ezrail was about to send a psionic wave it at before Tony’s daughter slammed missiles into it causing a huge explosion. He shielded himself with a psionic shield.

Oh mah gosh that was awesome. I’m in love.

Nathan got out of the way as more people began showing up and fighting Hercules. He didn't want to get in the way of all the firepower hitting Hercules and so backed up to where the robo dog was. Once again he started grabbing whatever he could find from off the street and throwing it. With how Hercules was acting he decided that he didn't use his power, incase the memories from the big guy caused him to attack the others. As the missiles hit him, he hoped Hercules would stay down.

Solomon lowered his combat stance, the missiles barraged against Hercules and he was engulfed in smoke, dust, and fire. He was impressed, but wary that the P90X champ before them was staying down for good. But maybe, a flaw in these mind-controlled-maybe-clones was that they hit hard and moved fast, but not as mighty as they appear.

He glanced toward Maya, "Or...that works too."

Nevertheless, he waited for the debris to clear before making a final judgement, and resumed his battle stance. He had also noticed that slow gathering of heroes around the area. It was always fascinating that disasters brought the heroes out of woodworks, and especially fascinating that a Stark came to fight. Solomon had remembered the days of fearing Tony Stark, that since his father was staunchly against the Registration Act, that he and his family were hunted down and attempted to be brought in. He remembered the use of force used against them, and that his father had to turn against his former friends to protect them. The threat of death to not comply was very real, and the dog's teeth were bared. Solomon would never forget how it tore his family apart. So naturally, Solomon was not entirely trusting of Stark's daughter.

Malady felt the rush of air on its body, relying on Spider Sense to maneuver through the sky as it swung towards the battle against Hercules. The symbiote saw the alley, and the group standing at the entrance into it. As Zolice fired her weapon, Malady positioned itself over the group by hanging upside down from a line of webbing. Keeping its appearance as that of a black suited Spider Man, the symbiote kept a careful watch on the fallen Hercules. Something about the enemy was making Malady's Spider Sense go crazy. Without looking away from Hercules, Malady spoke.

"So, does anyone want to give me an explanation now? Or do I just take everybody in this alleyway and throw you all in the Booty House?"

As per usual with these now all to common attacks S.H.I.E.L.D allowed the heros to face the bigger threats as they handled the civilians and tried to keep the invaders contained. After some intense initial fighting a perimeter was established around the portal and strike teams were sent into the fray to find and help any trapped within. Will and his squad were now carefully marching through the now abandoned and rubble covered streets, eyeing every corner and rooftop for possible ambushes. Dispite the chaos it was eerily quiet, with only the sounds of distant battles growing louder with every step. As they quickly proceeded a few started to whisper back and forth.

"Who do you think it is this time? Doom? Loki? The Skrulls?"
"Might be Thanos. I heard most of the big heros left to go fight him. Maybe he sent an army to claim earth while he keeps them busy."
"Makes sense, though I wouldn't rule out..."
"SSSHHH! Dead ahead..."

The squad leader said suddenly....silencing the group. Voices could now be heard ahead, though they didn't sound scared like the civilians they had found. The group prepared for anything as they advanced, but didn't find any more invaders. Instead they found a group of what will could only assume were heroes.

"No one's going to the Booty House...but I'd like an explanation as well." The squad leader as she lead the squad towards the heroes. "Agent Pike, Shield. Does anybody here know anything about what's going on? And is that...Hercules over there?" She asked as she looked at the body, somewhat impressed this group took him down and concerned as to why they did.

As Pike questioned the odd group Will looked them over. What drew Will's attention the most was their age. Most of them appeared to be his age, or at least close to it. This was a welcome change from the older shield agents he was forced to interact with most of the time. The second thing he noticed was a knocked out and smoking behemoth of a man not to far away. These guys ment buisness, and will wondered what he could learn from watching them fight.
If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck.

Ezrail kept his psionic barrier up. He thought it is best to incase of a random attack from behind which is likely. He didn’t take out every flying creature.

He noticed the black gooey thing from earlier showed up and not to his surprise. SHEILD. Ezrail has noticed their spies around the city. Not much get past a dude with a funny brain.

Ezrail kept quiet and went through everyone’s intention. Just howevering outside their minds so they won’t notice him. However he didn’t check the Stark chick or the agents. He already knew why they are here. Roughly going through each mind he got a rough idea of each person. The dude with the awesome tat is a very physical person. The hot blonde his more of a rogue anti-hero kinda person. The gooey thing is just a loner seeking justice. The agents just follow orders but the young black haired one. He seems to possess something really cool. The brown hair male doesn’t seem he likes to be in the spotlight.

After gathering as much infomation as he could, noticing that none of them are actually telepathic, he connected all their minds to his own so they could all talk to eachother through thoughts. He made sure they all knew it is him that is doing it.
He started by saying, Stop being superstitious of eachother we’re all on the same side.”
