Isabella watched him wrap her hand around the cool slender glass. She looked down st the limp hand in her lap. “I’m not thirsty..” she whispered solemnly and but her lip still refusing to meet his searching eyes. She had so many questions running through her mind.

"You still have to drink." His tone turned gentle again and he crouched down beside her, looking over her face from his new position. "I'll be out for a while tonight. I want you to eat, even if it's just a bit, and try to sleep. I'll check if you did that once I get back, so no tricking." He waited for any reaction before he'd stand back up.

Isabella turned her face to the side and nodded ignoring once again his gaze and his addicting eyes. She was terrified of what he might do. She made no reaction and didn’t say a word before looking back out the window and closing her eyes.

Before he left he patted her head, deciding to give her a day or two. After what he was planning to get her tonight, she might think a bit differently about staying.

Isabella bit her lip to hold in a gasp that almsot escaped her soft lips as he patted her head. Not used to the kindness from him unlike the day before. Her mind was so confused and chaotic. Her body longed to trust him as she had beofre but her mind was scared and hurt.

It would take hours before he returned again, the sky was already turning a soft shade of pink between a few dark clouds. Cursing at something he closed the main entrance door behind him with an audibke thudand there was a minor commotion. If Isabella decided to get a closer peak she'd probably be able to make out sounds that certainly weren't human. He had brought an animal. Her pupper, to be exact. As well as a big bag of her stuff.

Isabella had eventually been lulled to sleep by the rain halfway through the time he was gone. Her food and water had any been touched. Her arm laid like a cushion to her head on the windowsill. Her soft even breaths escaping her pinkish lips. Her eyes gently closed and peaceful looking as she finally relaxed after that morning.

Again, he quietly stepped into the room, holding the dog away from his face. It was small, but certainly didn't like him. Seeing sge was asleep he put the animal down somewhere to run free in the room and inspected the food he brought earlier. "Oh girl...", he sighed once he realised she hadn't touched it. "Stupid girl..."

Isabella slept soundly unaware and with an innocent glow. Her hobby showed exhaustion her eyes with small lingering hints that she cried. Her being in choas debating on whether to trust Salem or not. Her sadness though was overwhelming and she shut off from th world. Ignoring still her basic needs.

Salem decided to leave her alone while she slept and picked up the still filled, cold plate. He probably hope the dog would bring her back some joy so she didn't starve. With that thought in mind he left them both.
