Dawn was wondering the long path through the elder woods. Listening to the whispers of the trees. She had always tried to not use magic but it was subconsciously happen. She sighed as her eyes wondered the woods watching the sun pass through the leafs and a simple brez blow through her long white hair. Her body took a slime forum in her black dress her eyes glicened a light shade of lilac from the soft suns touch through the trees. Dawn stopped by a small pound and sat upon the water line she needed a rest after all the running away she did earlier.
Alice slowly nosed her way through some tall grass, careful not to make noise as she stalked a shrew. The rodent hadn't caught her scent and she was able to catch it easily. Her thoughts weren't very developed yet but she was bored of having no challenge hunting. She decided she wasn't even very hungry and distainfuly flung the tiny carcass to the side. For a few days, whatever sense was leading her had seemed to grow stronger but nothing was happening. She lay down and tried to take a nap but she wasn't tired. She flicked her whiskers in annoyance and pounced onto a low tree branch nearby. She scanned the area but saw nothing of interest. She was about to jump down and eat the shrew anyways but she suddenly heard the sound of running water. She hadn't been thristy before but now for some reason she felt as though she hadn't drank in days. She leapt off the branch to search for the water.
Dawn closed her eyes for a moment. She never thought how tired she was her body completely exhausted from all the fighting and running she had been doing for the past few days. She hasn't had timw to rest or eat anything properly. Dawn let out a shakey break as she laid back in the small bed of grass and flowers. Using what little magic she had to make the grass move over her body like a small blanket. Before she knew it her mind slipped into a pecaful sleep her log white hair trailed on her body and on the ground and her face looking some what pecaful
She followed the sound and drank deeply. Once her thrist was slacked, she sniffed the air. There was something around here, she could hear quiet breathing and decided to investigate, maybe she'd find something to occupy her. She crept around until she spotted some white thread on the ground. She batted at it once. She batted at it again, getting tangled in it. This was entertaining.
Dawn felt something she quickly shot up and pulled out a dagger pointing it to the small beast. The grass seemed to whip around violently then it all went calm as she saw it was just a kitten. Dawn let out a sigh then put her dagger away. "Only a cat. You should be more careful of what you play with young one. What if I were a wolf" she said in a calm voice then looked out to the water. The grass now back to it origanl forum.
Squeaking loudly in fear, she leaps backwards and scurries up the nearest tree. She had no idea that things could go from fun to terrifying in such a short time. She crouched, ready to leap off her branch and retreat through the grass. She springs to the ground and runs to the safety and camouflage of the grass. Although, she can't go too far. Something won't let her leave and so she hides silently watching the girl who surprised her.
Dawn sighed "kittens, they never learn do they" she whispered to herself. She slowly stood up and dusted off her long black dress. She then glanced around for a moment and began to wonder off. She was still on edge from the day as she walked small throb bushes appeared where she had stepped and she noticed this. "Stay calm breath your fine" she whispered to herself as she let out a long breath.
From her hiding place in the grass, she watches the girl start to wander off. She starts to follow her because it will give her something to occupy herself with. The grass seems harder to move through and she suddenly starts to feel fatiguem her long journey. She pushes these new, uncomfortable sensations from her mind and keeps padding along. Her fur catches some thornes causing her to get irritated.
Dawn could hear the movement behind her. Hearing the thorns getting caught against something. She stopped walking and turned to look at the kitten "oh it's you" she said in a dull tone then keeled down. She gently reached over and pushed the thorns out of the small kittens way "come now. Don't want them to ruin your pretty fur now do you" she said in a soft tone yet still empty.
The feeling that had been leading her throughout her journey was urging her on now, despite her fatigue. Being in the presence of this girl was right, she had no doubt of that. There was also a dim thought forming in her mind that she was more than just a normal cat, but for now she kept following the human, hoping to find a place to rest.
