The church of the Divine Circle is devoted to the goddess of Life and Death.

In the beginning, there was everything, and yet nothing. We were nothing except empty shells of bone, muscle, and flesh. We did not sleep, eat, nor feel. We could not appreciate the flowers or the trees, or the company of each other. Time meant nothing, until the Goddess arrived. She saw that we had no purpose except to just exist, and so she gave us true life. She gave us souls, the ability to feel, and to enjoy the life given to use. We could appreciate nature and everything around us.

Her last gift to us were the Orisken, divine creatures who act as her angels.

And then, she slept.

Helga enters the church, taken back by the architecture of the place. She hasnt seen a building this well made since she left her dwarven city.

"Beautiful" she whispers quietly to herself, trying to keep her voice down incase she disturbs anybody. She takes another look around the room and realises she cant see anyone. She takes a seat, waiting to see if anybody will come and greet her, her head arched backwards, examining the fine stonework in the structure.
