I just started playing Horizon Zero Dawn, it's pretty badass. The graphics are beautiful, the gameplay is smooth, the fights aren't too easy, and the challenges are actually fun. Any tips on how to take down some of the bigger, badder machines? I'm still not sure what the best approach is for Corruptors.

KIRBY'S RETURN TO DREAMLAND IS FREAKING IMPOSSIBLE TO FINISH.

Magolor is cute, but he's stupidly OP... I can't beat him for ANYTHING...
I beat the shit out of that game...

Been playing Slyforge, Flavius laboratory quests are soooooooooooo tedious but no where near as bad as the Bastions >·>

I hate the "Ohloljustgolookforthisspecificenemuingiantmapandkillhimahundredtimesinaspecificvalley" the mapping system is horrendous so it makes hunting specific enemies in a specific area so annoying.

But I need to do it because I've reached content where you need high level bastions and flavius perks :/

Go play Monster Hunter, git gud, come back and you'll know instinctively.

But not World, go play an actual hard MH game.

I've been playing 3 Ultimate when I have no time on the PS4, and I play World whenever I want to have some time to beat the shit out of a larger, easier monster, just to chill. Speaking of, I don't get all the hate on the Insect Glaive, it's fun.

The hate isn't on the weapon, it's on the scrubs who use it to exclusively pole vault like autistic monkeys and ruin the DPS of the team by spam mounting and NOTHING ELSE.

Oh, right, every user who does that also fails every mount. Double fail if they're French.

So, basically, I'm okay-ish. I spam the midair Advancing Strike when I'm fighting the Rath monsters, just to break shit. I don't try to mount unless I'm alone. Speaking of which, I'M ALWAYS ALONE AND I CAN'T PLAY WITH ANYONE BECAUSE I HAVE TO BE FRIENDS WITH THEM IRL :(

Welp, hunting with randumbs is always bad, unless you find a good or decent team which is 10% or less of times. Nonetheless, soloing usually hones your skills better than hunting on a team. Also, for Raths or flying whatever, I usually bring flash bombs; it saves me a lot of time and gives me free hits. Personally, I don't use the IG because it's not my style.

The weapons I main are the CB, LS, SnS, LBG, and more recently the GL.

Haven't played World yet, though... But it looks promising in certain aspects, from what I see everyday on AP.
