Oh babies? They're not for everyone

Even though just about everyone has the ability to make one

Don't get one if you don't want one then lol

18 year commitment and all

Give or take

Yeah, same with my parents ^-^"

They are fun to work with, but I really appreciate being able to go home and not have any there..

Just because you can doesn't mean you should.

I need to post.

Yeah, I don't think I'm fit to be a parent, but I'll never be "childfree", so I'm good this way

When my sister had her little one, she kept telling me "Never get pregnant", because she was alone and was sick a lot

Getting sick a lot is a part of the process I guess

Being alone would suck

I'm very lucky that way

I have a husband that is just as excited (and nervous!) as I am.

It's certainly a difficult process, no matter how magical or exciting.

You need a butt ton of different vitamins and nutrients, if you don't eat for a couple hours you will get shakey and feel sick, you need SO much water to maintain the fluid protecting your baby, and one trip or fall, one accidental swing of someone's hand or running into you, could mean damage or death for the little one. You HAVE to have all meat well done, well cooked, because your risk of salmonella and Listeria is so much higher. Miniscule amounts of that bacteria which would normally be no problem to combat could potentially get you very sick and cause serious harm to the baby, even a fever or flu could be fatal or harmful for them, the list goes on.

That said, if you want it enough and follow the rules, you can have an armful of magic and hopes in nine months. A companion, someone to love with all your heart and soul, and protect with your life for the rest of your days. And maybe someday, they'll love you back the same and come to you with a bundle in their arms, and you can spoil and love another child all over again.
