LORE!
Elven Religion:

The Elvish practice of faith, follows three main principles. "Attainment. Distribution. Attrition." In their beliefs, these are the three main rules of Arcane Knowledge to them. Each principle is enforced by a God, or 'Justice' as they refer. The Justice of Attainment, enforces a law of sacrifice and reward; by giving Arcane Knowledge to the Elves they are expected to ensure it is as a means of self-prosperity and undying fealty to. The Justice of Distribution, enforces influence and control; using the knowledge they've acquired, it is expected for them to bring about virtuous changes to the world. The Justice of Attrition, enforces resolve; the idea that Arcane Knowledge is corrupting and can lead to self destruction.

By perverting Arcane Knowledge, 'The Justice of Attrition' acts and brings forth judgement and is the only Justice that 'directly' has influence on them.

Human Religion:
Much like any race, their beliefs vary depending on the region. Humans of Hestia, the most popular, follow the teachings of 'Lux'. Believing in a single omnipotent being that governs every strand of the universe. Spreading their own influence through prophets to wander the world and teach 'Graces'. There are five Graces, labelled out in their sacred texts.

They are:

Charity.
Chastity.
Temperance.
Clemency.
Equivalence.

Best of luck with college! And I'll do my best to get this finished soon.

Oh! And I also hope you don't mind if I ask what different races there are? I mean I was thinking of a half elf with an orc mother because ballsy elf parent death by snu-snu. But uh... XD
Anyway. Mind filling me in on your thoughts of other races in the world or do you just want me to stick with the main three? I'm good with sticking with the main three but I wanted to ask and see if I could get a touch creative.

The main three are just there as a template of the majority of the makeup of Hestia. There are other races in the world that exist in Hestia and in other countries

Hey we could brainstorm ideas for the start, while we wait, so when you finish as much as you need we have our roadmap set!

Where do you think this whole adventure should start? I kind of gave a bit of a thing at the end of my characters Bio to try and loop him in a minor way so we wouldn't have to go a few posts in without him being away from his home.

I do enjoy this Minotaur idea a lot and would love to work with it a bunch!

A few thoughts just off the top of my head:

We could start when your characters tribe and Hestia's forces officially meet? Maybe at some sort of summit? Nikita could be assigned as part of an escort for some sort of represenative and some event happens afterwards which snow balls to other events?

Perhaps the conflict at Orthstein is beginning to spread and somehow effected the tribe, outside of the call? While the main conflict is still happening there, Wicked have managed to spread out into the world and perhaps the tribe came in contact at some point with them? Either requesting aid or seeking asylum with Hestian forces?

Or even a squad Nikita had been assigned with, were sent to neutralize Wicked in an area, which so happened to be near the tribe? They get defeated and the Minotaours stumble upon the aftermath?

These are just three simple simple blurbs. Sorry if they're a little basic xD

I love them.

I like the first and last ones. I can already see how Nivis would react to each situation. While the second one makes sense I'm wanting to prop the Minotaurs as an honor-bound and headstrong race. So when faced with a challenge it would be unlikely for them to back down or call for aid. If that makes sense... XP

Jeez, I'm a little overexcited for this craziness.

Also, if you want we can chat out the background of the Minotaur race unless you're fine with me making it and then you can "yea" or "nay" it.
