Cain stood up and took the small Gryffindor's hand to help her up. As he looked down at her he realized that she had to be more than foot shorter than him, increasing the child-like adorable factor of her. The Ravenclaw then wrapped an arm around Isara's shoulders and held her close, making sure he had a good enough grip to keep her from falling. "Should we stop at the bottom and wait for your girl, or would you rather meet her in the hall?" Cain asked, looking down at her as they made their way to the bottom of the stands.

"Beatrice.. I.." Ani sighed, rubbing her shoulder. Well, that was the end of the line for their relationship. No going back. She left the dormitory and headed to the great hall, hoping for someone decent to talk to. Ani spotted Blade quite quickly and sat down. "Was I wrong to tell Morgana about Beatrice and Parker?"

After her brief shower Beatrice made her way out of the dungeons and towards the Great Hall. In all honesty, she didn't know how she was supposed to talk to Tobias after how she had left. Should she apologize? Pretend that nothing had happened? She certainly didn't want to ignore him, so there was no way their encounter wouldn't be awkward.

On her way there, she saw Atlas with a blonde Hufflepuff and remembered that they were supposed to meet at dinner. Without interrupting their conversation the girl crossed her arms and leaned against the corridor's wall, hoping that the boy would notice her and find some time for them to talk in private, about what had happened in potions' class.

On his way to the great hall John stopped on his feet at the sight of Holly bumping against a Gryffindor boy on her way. For a second he thought of turning around, skipping dinner and spend the rest of the night in his common room, but he couldn't avoid her forever. So instead of doing that, the ravenclaw lifted his chin up and walked past the short blonde, pretending her presence hadn't even been noticed. Perhaps she'd follow after him, even though it was unlikely. And John tried to convince himself that it was a good thing

Even though it was partially Chase's fault, Tobias didn't blame his friend for the lack of action; especially since he had doubts before they'd even entered the room. "Honestly? I don't know," he replied cautiously, momentarily glancing over at his best friend.

The boy wanted advice. Love advice. But would Chase, of all people, be able to provide the answer he was looking for? It was worth a shot, especially since he didn't trust anyone else enough to actually share his predicament. "I'm in love with her. And I don't know what the hell I'm doing. Fuck."

-----------

As they slowly made their way back up to the school, Jackie decided to question Raj about his new friends; the ones he hadn't bothered to tell her about. "So how do you know Milan and Atlas? She was very adamant about you working that broom..."

----------

After spending some time in the library catching up on homework, Oliver left his dark corner to get some much needed nourishment. He took a seat in front of Blade and beside Anima, at the edge of the Slytherin table. "You told Mrs. Selwyn about that?" The boy asked, raising an eyebrow up in question. If she did, it was stone cold. Ratting out her best friend was respectable, especially since it created conflict between the lovestruck blood traitors.

Oliver took the words right out of Blade's mouth, as he looked at Anima incredulously. Although Beatrice was the one at fault, he wouldn't have told her mother just yet. Still, he wasn't going to forget about what happened earlier. "Do you find that funny then, Oliver? Like the fight between Noah and Cass?"

Ani nodded. "Yeah. Yeah I did. Apparently Mrs Selwyn came here to tall to Beatrice." She lowered her voice to a whisper. "It seems that she's been disowned." Ani looked between their faces for their reactions, growing confused when Blade mentioned another fight. "What happened?"

With the help of Cain Isara was able to get up with ease and little pain or resistance. The crutch was already digging in a little bit and her muscles were already becoming sore. Perhaps it might've been better to transfigure a pair of them rather than using one. The girl offered Cain a friendly smile as he put an arm around her to help her keep from falling." I think I'll wait for her. Want to be one of the first congratulate her, I just know she got the position. Thanks for helping me, guess I didn't really think this through." Little Iss said as step by step Cain helped down off of the stands. Perhaps it would've been a bit better if she had thought this through a little more, if Cain hadn't been there to help she would've had some issues getting down.

Chase almost laughed. Out of all people, the one that had finally hooked Tobias had to be Selwyn; the Night Troll itself. He didn't particularly like his friend's choice for a girl, but even he, who had never fallen in love with anyone knew that you didn't get to choose who you'd grow to have feelings for.

"So let me guess," Chase started, leaning forward on his seat and resting his elbows above the table. "You want to make it special. Light candles all over the room, lock me, Atlas and Noah outside, and have rose petals covering your mattress while you-" Chase interrupted himself, grimacing with the unwanted image that was formed in his head. The boy glanced at his friend with a smirk, finding his situation rather funny. That's when something - an actually useful thought - popped into his mind.

"That, or you could wait until christmas. You know, after we broke up Adri invited me to spend the holidays in France at her house, her parents won't be there, it seems. She said I could bring whoever I wanted." Chase lifted his eyebrows and took another bite of his food, before allowing his eyes to linger far from Tobias and towards the Slytherin table.

At the sight of Fawley chatting with his snake friends as if nothing had happened, Chase's smirk vanished and he elbowed Tobias, deciding to change the subject for something a bit more urgent than the boy's love life. "We've got to do something about him now, don't we?"

Raj lifted his eyebrows when Jackie asked about Atlas and Milan, proving that he hadn't been as discreet with his stares as he had hoped to be. The boy pressed his lips together, trying to think of what to say without making things too awkward.

"I don't really know Atlas. Milan is Flora's friend, we shared the boat in Defense's class." Raj said, scratching the back of his neck and eyeing the floor. Should he tell her about the party? He should, he knew that, and yet, his lips didn't move again.

"No." Dylan replied to Ella without hesitation, but he stopped to think afterwards. He didn't know Holly that well. But he knew John, and he knew how thick of a head the boy head. "For someone that intelligent... I really think he can't see what's right in front of him sometimes." He walked over to Ella with a side smile. "From 0 to 10, how much of a horrible idea is it for us to talk with Holly and find out what happened?"

Milan seemed happy as she walked back to her common room, the day with Atlas rising her mood up. She dropped the candy on top of an invisible chair, chuckling at how the floating bag looked. When that was done with, the girl walked to the Great Hall, heading for the Hufflepuff table. She had a bet to complete. Not that looking dumb in front of Raj was very hard. Love did that for you.

Nick rose his head suddenly, containing a yawn between his hands. Koshka jumped from the top of the boy's curls, tapping his face lightly. Rubbing his eyes, Nick tried to figure out where he was. Ah right, the library. He hadn't been sleeping well since the party, but at least now that Callie was fine, he managed to get some sleep.

Cassandra left the library with Roger in tow and made her way down to the hall where she hoped to find Anima and thank her for sticking up for her in the great hall earlier. Although walking side by side Cassandra didn't want to initiate a conversation with Roger who seemed especially hostile and wary of her. If he was going to treat her suspicion then she would pay him back in kind. Entering the hall she immediately made a bee line for the Slytherin table knowing she would be met with hostility at any other table she hoped that she would find some sympathy amongst the Slytherin ranks. Drawing up to the table beside Anima she gently coughed. "Hey Anima, Oliver and......." Cassandra said with a whisper as she stood stunned looking at the third person sitting with the others. Blade the one who had betrayed her to the Halfblood Gryffindor Noah, she could almost choke on the hypocrisy of the situation and Blades actions. "Fawley" Cassandra said in a deadly whisper that contained hints of a mad fury that would be unleashed if she got her way. "You betrayed me, I confided in you and you betrayed me" Cassandra said quiet enough for only the group in front of her and Roger behind her to hear.
