Character CS
  • Name: Takeda Nozomi
  • Code Name: Amaterasu / Izanagi
  • Gender: Male
  • SO: Bisexual
  • Age: 19
  • Bio: Nozomi was the first of two brothers, the second being born seconds after him, and dying hours after his conception. This is something nobody outside of his family knows, and he learned it during elementary school. He was a very intelligent boy from the first year, surpassing most of his classmates with little effort. His prowess followed him all the way to middle school, where he started taking extra classes and went to advanced courses asides from school. He had a natural talent for academics and specially computers, which were his greatest focus at the time. His personal life, however, was inversely proportional to his academic files.

At home, he struggled with his rigid parents due to his sexuality and intimate preferences, which were discovered because of a bad delivery that failed to hide its content. He started growing affectionate for female attires, which he found fitting for him; but for his parents it was a scandal. Before things became worse, he ran from home and seeked for shelter at a more liberal familiar's house, his uncle and aunt. Their acceptance was enough for him to replace his parents, who would've ended up kicking him out eventually. His life became more stable in highschool, when he finally "came out" and started using female clothes in public, which he considered a "fresh start."

At the same time that his sexuality flourished, he developed his mind even further, using the school's installations and the advantage of clubs. With little resources, he created an AI model that served as an aid in his tasks at the club and with homework. With the program cutting his busy time in half, he used the spare freedom to go a step forward and began producing more, and dwelving into engineering. To his house, he installed a security camera system that alerted the family if an unknown face entered the building; this was made public in his school, where they implemented it as well with minor modifications.

His contributions to the community where he lived were more than a security system, since he managed to build a few toys and even upgrade his classmates' phones' OS. All of this got him enough resources to upgrade his own gear, and with a better set of tools, he kept enhancing his own AI. It was named after his deceased younger brother, Kotomi, and his objective was to make it as realistic as possible. By recording his own voice and modifying it to be manlier, adding a myriad of responses and programming it to remember previous actions and follow patterns, he expected it to feel real, but he was far from it; he lacked the equipment. It was then when a certain letter arrived to his mailbox...
  • Personality: He's a charismatic boy, often playful and flirtatious, though he can be sarcastic if the situation is right. His motivations are often unknown even to him, but despite his lack of realization, once he sets his mind on an objective, there is virtually nothing that can stop him from fulfilling it. His morality can be questionable at times, specially with subjects on which he does not agree, as he can be quite radical; though Nozomi always tries to keep his intensity in check.

From a general standpoint, he can be viewed as creative, specially when posed with a puzzling situation. His approaches are not always methodical nor calculated, despite what he may say and show, but they are usually effective for the tasks in which he applies them. When he's in the midst of action, there is to be expected a more instinctive and reactive response, as he likes to "always start second." He tries to be more proactive, however, though this is a field that is relatively new for him.
  • Hobbies:
    • Programming and engineering, his specialty is robotics.
    • Specific AI engineering, his best friend is an AI.
    • Collecting clothes. Girl clothes.
  • Likes:
    • Italian food, he loves italian food.
    • Danmark bakery products, including those oh-so-sweet butter cookies.
    • Tea, specially black tea with three sugar cubes.
    • A wide variety of sweets.
    • "How it's made" kinds of programs.
    • Documentaries on animal life.
    • Fantasy settings.
  • Dislikes:
    • Being interrupted when he talks.
    • Coffee.
    • Cigarettes, and to some extent the smoke they produce.
    • Too spicy things.
    • People calling Kotomi a "thing."
  • Phobias:
    • Monophobia, the acute fear of being alone, or having to cope without a certain person/group of people.
    • Thalassophobia, fear of the deep, big blue sea.
  • Suspected Reason for Acceptance: Thanks to his own merits as a prodigy, and the effort he has put to the creation of programs and algorythms that have been installed in civilian gear that have upgraded their effectiveness.
  • Appearance: Nozomi has very soft features and a feminine complexion, he's slim, and his white skin looks as smooth as silk. He stands at 165cms and weighs 53kgs. He possesses straight, dark brown hair that falls down to his neck on the back and sides, and is cut above his eyes on the front. His eyes are a light chestnut shade, with a lighter circle on the outer iris. His looks are often met with the "tomboy" standards, wearing T-shirts, skinny jeans and sneakers most of the time, though he still like to slip into the occasional dress or skirt every now and then.

Minerva CS
  • Name: Tsukuyomi / Izanagi; Kotomi
  • Abilities: Tsukuyomi is a Minerva designed to work in compound with Amaterasu, but also to be a force of its own. It is linked to Nozomi by a neural connection, this allows the Minerva to transmit all the data it obtains freely to Nozomi's brain and vice versa, Nozomi to the Minerva's data bank. It possesses eight limbs, six arms and its two legs, plus a segmented tail that can be used as a conduit and whip. Each arm comes equipped with a short laser blade that can merge with another, creating a long blade. By merging a maximum of four together, a broadsword can be formed to cut through thicker material. It was designed having close to mid-range combat in mind, and its shell was purposedly made sturdier than Nozomi's suit. Tsukuyomi comes equipped with a range of scopes, vision types including thermal and night, and a scan function that can show life signals, works as a heartbeat sensor and can map out close areas through a sonar.

Nozomi's suit, made as a sub, receives his code name, Amaterasu and is made mostly of a flexible yet resistant material composed by carbon fiber. It's merely equipped with two short blades that can be retreived from the thighs, but has magnetic zones around the back and palms to make the carrying of firearms and ammonition more effective. The helmet displays an array of information on the inner screen as a HUD, chosen by Nozomi through voice command or neural link. This also acts as a filter to the information shared by Nozomi and his Minerva, since his brain, more often than not, can be clouded with information rather quickly and this serves both as a highlight and relief.

What makes his Minerva interesting are its two most notable traits:

First, it can attach to Nozomi's body as an exoskeleton, giving extra protection to his limbs, vital spots and head; it also makes him slightly taller. When combined, the tail retracts onto the back, looking like a superficial spine, and can be detached from the body and onto Nozomi's hand, as a whip. The blades are attached on the waist for easy access, and follow the same functions as before. Nozomi's helmet gains Tsukuyomi's enhanced visuals and the link is made more stable.

The second is its AI, created by Nozomi himself. It was a project he had been working for years, developing it as his own. He implanted it in Tsukuyomi after making adjustments and greatly updating it. So far, this is the closest to sentience that he has seen, and is proud of it.

The neural link between Nozomi, the helmet and his Minerva has its base in a choker that can only be equipped and removed by Nozomi's DNA firm. This is based on his own grid, or "server," which allows him to connect himself with these two devices, which can connect with others through their own wireless capabilities.

When separated, Nozomi's helmet displays his mark as Amaterasu and his Minerva's as Tsukuyomi, however, when they're united, their mark appears as Izanagi, the codename he prefers when they're together.

Additionally, Tsukuyomi's AI has an official name given by Nozomi after finishing its version 1.0.7, it's named Kotomi. This is what he personally calls his Minerva.

Character CS

Name: DD Oz
Code Name: Aussie

Gender: Female

SO: Bisexual

Age: 17

Bio: DD was born Australian and had very little troubles there, just her, her parents, enough comforts of home and a junkyard close by. Ever since kindergarten, she often stopped by the yard on her way home trying to pick out pieces of junk, taking it to the garage at home and trying to make stuff from nothing. She excelled in physics, mechanical engineering and in general more practical stuff, rarely if ever seen without a wrench or other tool in her hand, even during her primary school years she could easily take apart and rebuild an engine from memory or even turning it into something new. .Until one unfortunate day or fortunate if you wanted an awesome robotic arm, during one of DD’s many tinkering sessions in the backyard garage, she made a tiny error, that anyone of her genius could make, an explosion happened and sent a sheet of metal about halfway through her left arm. So, she did the sensible thing stay in the garage, build herself a robotic arm, cut the rest of the arm off and replace it with the robotic arm. Her parents where obviously scared and shocked of this so they sent her off to Japan to live with her aunt for both better teaching, getting her to come out of her shell a bit more and eventually a better arm.

When DD arrived in Japan she hated it there, no friends, limited understanding of the culture and language, being ridiculed by common school bullies because of her arm, getting into fights nearly every day and the only good thing about it being the multitude of games there. Because of the bullying, she started tinkering more and more, making gadgets to stop the bullies one way or another at first using more violent means, the usual launch able metal boxing gloves, detachable spikes for her arm, explosive pen, etc. However, this method always got her expelled from schools, so she decided to go with the better plan of killing them with kindness, building small nifty gadgets for everyone at her school, such as powerful, miniature speakers, bags that could only be opened by that one person, etc. After opening herself and her gadgets to her school, she started enjoying Japan more and more, even going as far as to legally become a Japanese citizen. Eventually she slowly began running out of materials for creating her stuff, until she was given a letter about a private school…

Personality: DD is very sporadic in her thinking, unless she is absolutely focused on something, often leaving projects, both school and personal half-finished for a while. She is rarely flirtatious and rarely ever understands when someone is flirting with her. When talking with other people she will often either go on tangents and rambling on and on about a different topic from what they were originally talking about, often leaving people with more questions than answers from her. While DD is working on something she often comes off as rude as she doesn't look at the person or people she is talking to as she likes to remain more focused on the thing she is working on. She also doesn't mind asking for help when she does need it especially in her weaker areas such as Japanese, English and other such fields of work

On the field, she is very methodical and takes time to - Bahahaha, no she isn’t, no she prefers to brute force it and go for the straight-line scenario. Often leaving the proper planning to someone else and prefers shooting things first, asking questions left to someone else. Possibly because of her lost arm and her in spite of her reckless behaviour, on the field she is very determined to keep the rest of the team intact, even if it does mean she kill steals her team mates targets. The only time when she is on field that she doesn’t go for the direct approach is during when she is trying to help with technology.

Hobbies:
Tinkering
Playing video games
Making things asymmetrical
Cooking lamingtons, vegemite, shortbread and other Aussie foods

Likes:
Blowing stuff up
Playing video games
building an arm
Coffee
Tea most commonly with cream and ten sugars
building stuff
lamingtons
shortbread

Dislikes:
Losing an arm
Gum
Symmetry in any way
Green tea
being made fun of because of her arm
Scary movies and games

Phobias: Fear of being rejected, Fear of Symmetry

Suspected Reason for Acceptance: Thanks to her somewhat big leaps in mechanical engineering, and the ability of creating close to anything with very limited resources. However, because of her Australian heritage, it is also likely she was accepted to keep an eye on her.

Appearance: DD is about 175 cm tall and weighs 63kgs, she has rough features, tanned skin with black explosion dust and bandages everywhere. She has long dirty blonde hair, often done up into a single twirled ponytail to her left side. She has deep blue eyes and has a pair of red tinted goggles with one a circle and the other a hexagon. Her left arm is replaced with a mechanical hand after an incident when she was younger. She wears a blue, denim jacket with the right arm of it ripped off, with the left side being long enough to cover most of her arm with a black glove cover the hand. DD also wears shirts with holes and logos on the sides of it. She wears a knee-length black denim skirt with Aussie styled buttons on the right side of it. DD wears two differently styled, black shoes and different coloured stockings socks every day. More often than not she keeps a tool in her left stocking.

Minerva CS

Name: Boomer

Abilities:
Can create four different styles of explosions: Lightning, fire/normal, Ice and Water. These bombs can be charged for both a larger blast radius and damage. The dial on the side of the gun is what changes the types. Fire bombs are just plain bombs which causes the most indiscriminate amount of damage, she often uses these types of bombs for movement doing something she likes to call bomb jumping. Inside the gun it glows a mixture of red and orange when chosen. Water bombs are glorified water balloons, doing very little in the way of hindering or damaging people, she only uses it to put out fires or setting up the Lightning bombs. The inside glows a deep blue when chosen. The Lightning bombs are still indiscriminate however not as much as fire bombs. When fired the ball of lightning hits some surface and arcs out in a range of 10-20ft (20ft when fully charged) and will hit people and other electronics. The electricity damage increases slightly from any form of water. The inside glows a yellowish green when chosen. Ice bombs are smaller in size explosion wise, only going about 10ft in a circle when fully charged otherwise it’s only range is about 5ft when an explosion does go off. When it explodes everything in the radius is frozen except living things which are only partially frozen from between above the belly button and just below and that depends on the other persons size. The inside glows a whitish blue when chosen. Comes with a pair of boots that negates the explosions (only around her feet) and the obvious falling from using the bomb jump and falling in general. Can be “spawned” and “despawned” at will by DD, through her mechanical arm

Appearance: Boomer stands in at about 117cm and is about two of DD’s wide

Image

Image (The boots are almost completely black from explosions and are styled more like the gun)

Name: Ruuga Tokiyama

Code Name: Aeolus

Gender: Male

SO: Heterosexual

Age: 17

Bio: Ruuga never asked for the military life, he was born into it. With roots dating back to even before the Nuclear War, the Tokiyama family produced multiple individuals who excelled immensely in the military career, there is always at least one in every generation. Ruuga was unlucky enough to be the firstborn of Konoha Tokiyama, a celebrated Brigadier General at the time. Naturally, to continue the Tokiyama lineage, a huge amount of pressure was placed upon Ruuga to succeed him...

His very early life was actually very comfortable for the young child. He lived in a cozy penthouse suite, at the time. He was never deprived of anything important, not food, not shelter, not even love. But the problem was that he didn't receive any of this from his actual parents, who were though to be too busy with military work. In actuality, Ruuga was mostly raised by a wet nurse, a professional hired by his parents, and one he had grown accustomed to calling "Mama". He really grew attached to Mama, who was thought to be his real mother. The feeling was likely mutual as well. Ruuga still remembers her heartbroken face in the rain as he was led into a black car in a uniform he never wore before. He had no idea what was going to happen to him at that time. Naturally, the confused boy cried in the car, the bullet train, the second car as well. By the time they reached his destination, a prestigious military boarding school, an unsmiling man stood at the front gate, alone.

That was how Ruuga was introduced to his father, obviously not a good first impression.

The boy wasn't treated very warmly by his father, who was one of the board of directors at the boarding school, not ever. Apart from the first welcome, the two barely crossed paths again. The military boarding school was known to be very strict with the children, and a director's son wasn't supposed to be given any special treatment just because of birthright. It was maybe because of that he was able to excel in the school. Despite having a lot of hard competition, as the other kids were from military families as well, he excelled in his year group. To the point that he was allowed to skip two years in total. It unknown whether his father helped with that or not. But a rumor that he did spread. Because of this, he was highly envied within the school, especially during his middle school and high school years. He wasn't really bothered too much though, as he was already an anti-social person from the start. Being separated from Mama was that big of an impact. But now he wouldn't have any friends even if he wanted one. The fact didn't really bother him. Not a lot of things did. Despite his genius, he was a dull deadpan kid who lacked enthusiasm, who lacked a personality. Along with an interest.

While Ruuga didn't particularly like the military life, he had nothing to complain about it either. He didn't really think much about succeeding his father as he was told to do. But a fateful day changed his outlook on life. It was the day he decided he wanted to soar through the skies. His class was taken to an air-force base on a field-trip, at the time, Ruuga didn't really think much of planes or aviation. Nor did he ever see a plane up close before. He didn't remember much about the field-trip. But he did remember the moment he was taken to ride a plane with another experienced pilot, who instructed him on the control panel of the plane and flight procedures, which were uninteresting at first. But then the plane started up, he started feeling anxious. But as the plane took off successfully, he felt gigantic relief. He finally took a look at what's above him, at the wide orange sky. "Wooww.." Ruuga exclaimed in awe as he realized he was high above the ground. Flying as the beautiful sun began the set So this was what birds feel as they soar through the sky.. Free. Yes, freedom was an unknown concept to Ruuga at the time. And the first time Ruuga felt it, his monotonous world became rose-coloured. Ever since they landed, the young boy has been itching to take to the skies once again. He got into aviation, reading up on it's history and the many different planes. A whole fantastically new world opened up to him. One that made him glad to be Konoha's son for once.

He was definitely planning to go into the air-force after joining, however, there was a change of plan as his father handed him a letter one morning.

Personality: Ruuga was never quite a friendly person, thanks to his separation from Mama, along with the fact that his father almost never treated him like a son, and that his real mother was nowhere to be found. Thus, he never really understood what it means to be family, or what it means to have bonds. He never had a friend as he avoided becoming close to other people. But is that only because he fears to lose them? Who knows. It's dangerous to have close bonds in the military after all. With that method of thinking, he shied away from making friends for a very long time. No one really bothered to open his heart, it was a strict military school after all.

Apart from that, he also had trouble expressing emotions. His face and voice constantly remain monotonous and stoic, making him difficult to be read. Naturally, he maintains a mysterious, and unwelcoming atmosphere about him. However, he is not hostile by any means, as in he never meant any intentional harm right off the bat. Perhaps he's simply misunderstood?

Naturally, as his vibe may suggest, he's a logical thinker with a lot of intellect. What else would you expect from someone who skipped two years of school? He likes to think about things rationally, and logically, and he tries not to let his emotions get in the way. He's also quite self-assured and confident in his own abilities, and he doesn't like to delegate his own work to other people. He's also a rather neat and organised person, messiness is a big pet-peeve of his. Whether it'll be physical messiness or their inability to organise oneself and their time correctly.

Hobbies:
• Studying Aviation
• Chess
• Occasionally, Ruuga does target practice with multiple weapons.

Likes:
• The colour: Blue.
• The vastness of the skies.
• Birds, it's interesting to find out how they fly without any help from technology.
• His personal space.
• His independence, he doesn't particularly like relying on others. At least not for something he could perfectly do well himself.
• Mama, somedays he thinks of her fondly.

Dislikes:
• Invaders of his personal space.
• Unorganisation in any form.
• His father.
• Things not going as he planned

Phobias:
• Kakorrhaphiophobia - Also known as the fear of failure or defeat.
• Patrophobia - Fear (or in this case aversiveness) of his father.

Suspected Reason for Acceptance: Ruuga came from a long, respectable, lineage of military officers. His father, in particular, was a friend and colleague of Kagerou, the director of the academy. He also excelled greatly in his studies. Furthermore, it is suspected that he shows promise in using Minervas as his father was an impressive Minerva user himself.

Appearance:

Image
- Stands at 172 cm (5'7")
- Weighs 64 kg (141 lbs)
- Has a (well-hidden) muscular build from years in military school.
- Malibu Blonde hair, and Azure blue eyes.
- Often dresses smartly by instinct, he actually likes wearing dress shirts and ties.
- Ruuga's face doesn't show a lot of expression, the same goes for his voice. Both are rather monotonous.

Minerva CS

Name: Icarus

Abilities:
Icarus is a Minerva flight system powered by a "Flight Catalyst", a device that allows flight by exerting force in any direction the user wishes. However, Aeolus can never goes above 5 kilometres above ground without the proper preparation. The catalyst itself is a gigantic ring suspended on the upper back of Aeolus. The catalyst also connects Aeolus and Icarus together using DNA detection and strong electromagnetic force. As it is the Icarus's core, the exterior of the catalyst is made of an alloy that's very durable and shock absorbent, and is the toughest part of Icarus. The catalyst allows Aeolus to control movement of the bladed wings behind him using hand gestures and his mind. The blades are detachable, and they can be used as weapons. However, if the blades go further than 10 metres from Icarus, Aeolus will lose fine control and their accuracy will decrease. As the blades are not entirely needed for flight, he is free to detach them whenever he wants to. Although, his flight control will be hindered because of that. It is possible to detach the blades forcefully, if that happens, as long as they are within a 200 metre range, they will home back to Icarus automatically. The flight helmet is also a part of Icarus. Despite for obvious protective purposes, Aeolus uses the flight helmet's user interface to know his speed, attitude, location, Icarus's condition, etc. And don't forget the communication gear within the headset. After all, modern warfare relies a lot on communication. Icarus can be used in conjunction with a oxygen pack and exo-skeleton so that Aeolus can withstand higher attitudes. Theoretically, he'll be able to use it in space, but there's no practical reason why he would at the moment. The entire set is made of light and durable allow, similar to airplanes. Additionally, as Icarus usually lights up orange, there's a "night-mode" installed so that the lights would turn off. Not only that, but comms will also be blocked so Aeolus can't be tracked by electromagnetic waves.

Appearance:

(The wings and flight catalyst are pretty much like what she's wearing.)

Character CS [W.I.P.]

Name: Sora Takeda

Code Name: Echo

Gender: Female

SO: Heterosexual

Age: 16

Bio: Sora was firstborn to a relatively normal, unremarkable, upper-middle-class family. Her father was a businessman, and her mother was a professional pianist. Ever since birth, their relationship has always been pretty stable. They rarely have any family issues actually. She lived in a healthy environment with both of her parents, along with a brother two years younger than her. The closest to family issues she gets is trying to get her brother to stop his funny antics that get them both into trouble. This must've made her develop a responsible older sibling personality trait ever since she was young.

About the same time, Sora was taken to primary school, she was also taught the art of the piano by her mother, who had experience teaching before. She loved it, how she's able to produce beautiful melodies using her fingers. While she also excelled at school, her mother saw talent in her piano playing and took her to many junior competitions, where she once won first place in the entirety of Japan. One can't fathom how proud her parents were that day. She was elated with her own performance as well. Although, that happiness was very much short-lived. About a month later, just a year before she was about to go into middle school, disaster struck. Her mother was caught up in a drunken car accident, leading to her immediate death. This led the whole family, especially Sora, extremely heartbroken. She was unable to touch the piano again for a very long time. Every time she tried to play, hands and fingers froze up and simply refused to move. Simply put, she likely went into a depression. Which caused her to disappear from the piano world for a long time.

However, just before the end of her primary school years, while she's still recovering, an old friend of hers introduced her to some music that inspired her to go back into the musical world. That track was called 'I am "End"', by a pre-war artist called Sakuzyo. It was so familiar yet so different from the kind of classical music she was used to all this time. She wanted to know how to create that sort of music. It was then she learned about "digital music production", where the only instrument used was actually a computer. She downloaded a free trial of a beginner's program to try her hand at it. It was hard to get a hang of, but with her previous music knowledge, getting the hang of it became easier. She started off with some simple piano tracks, then added some other classical instruments. Then, not too long, she began to share her music on multiple sites. And thanks to her charisma, she was able to convince her friends and brother to help share the music so that it becomes more well known.

She never got tired of the new hobby of hers, and thanks to it, she was able to come to terms with her mother's death. She was able to play the piano again, but only for recreational purposes now. Before she knew it, she became a rising star in the digital music industry, under the name of "AOSORA". Who knew that behind this alias was a mere middle schooler? Well, her family and friends did but you know the point. She began earning money for herself, to the point where she became a source of income for her family, who fully supported her productive hobby. Middle school became high school, which was ordinary enough. Except for mech training, which was something she thoroughly enjoyed. She had plans to enrol in a prestigious art school for university, however, a letter then came into her family's mailbox. The letter certainly piqued her interest, this might just add a bit of spice to her life.

Personality: Sora is simply a kind, good-natured, responsible, and a charismatic young girl with a passion for music. She is an optimist that's always trying to get a good outlook on life, after all, thinking that you'll fail is one way that'll take you to failure. Or so she thinks. She enjoys the company of others and likes a good social life, despite that, she's quite prone to loneliness at times. Helpfulness is also a trait of hers, as long as she's not butting into others business too much, she loves to help people out with things. Whether it'll be their studies or personal issues, of course, she likes using her music to help others as well. She is a naturally responsible person who feels the need to keep others in check sometimes. Like an older sister.

Silver-tongued and witty, Sora makes a good mediator for not only herself but for other people as well. Although, she might use that wittiness of hers to bring on some occasional sass. She means no harm, of course, she rarely does. She tries to be aware of the feelings of others, and hopefully remain tactful as she deals with someone difficult. She's also quite mature for her age and is quite respectful of others. She takes off her headphones when someone is talking for example. Though. sometimes she outright forgets to do so. Of course, like any musical genius, there's a bit of an eccentric side to her which she can sometimes let out if the situation seemed fitting.

In battles, she likes to calculate risks over rewards, and as she's the coordinator of the group. She feels responsible for the group's actions and results. Thus, she will be very much hurt if someone under her care was injured. She's quite sensitive to this sort of thing, despite her cool and calm nature. She will rarely make an irrational decision with high risk, no matter the rewards. Also, she will rarely go into battle herself as risking herself would also risk the coordination of the group, and it's operation.

Hobbies:
• Music creation and engineering, along with sharing them on websites.
• Playing the piano.
• Listening to Music.
• Playing rhythm games.
• Cooking. (finally, something not music related!)

Likes:
• White, light grey, and silver colours.
• Plumeria and Jasmine flowers
• Cleanliness and organisation.
• People approving of and enjoying the music she makes.
• Conversing with others, and sharing intellectual conversation.
• Music, she enjoys almost any genre, but she prefers listening to something along the lines of Sakuzyo (actual artist) the most. Yeap, old, pre-war digital music. She's an old soul.
• Helping people out.

Dislikes:
• Dirtiness, but she doesn't mind sweating or getting into dirty work if she has to.
• Those who hatefully criticize her passion or her musical creations.
• Not having her headphones on when she's idle.
• Untidy people who can't take care of themselves.
• People disliking her.

Phobias:.,
• Arachnophobia - The fear of spiders
• Abandaphobia - The fear of not being accepted or rejected

Suspected Reason for Acceptance: Sora is an esteemed music producer with hundreds of thousands of followers online, at such a young age too! But the fact that she has a great talent for music production may not be enough. Perhaps her natural leadership and communication skills and excellent grades play a role in her acceptance as well. She's also quite adept in operating mechs.

Minerva CS

Name: Resona

Abilities: Firstly, one should note that Resona has multiple forms, 2 to be exact. Its first form is called her Base Form, naturally, it's the form that Resona usually takes. In this form, Resona takes on the appearance of a bulky, white and silver, wireless, stereo headset. And functions pretty much like one as well, with some adjustments and improvements. Echo can not only use it to listen to music in the absolute highest quality and clarity, because of this, Echo can use Resona to help change moods. You can be driven to tears or be super pumped up by hearing the right melody. Additionally, the headphones themselves can also function as a speaker, a radio transceiver, and an encryptor. To clarify about the former, there are 3 output methods for sound for Resona. Solo, Submit and Share. Basically, Solo would only her listening to whatever was being outputted in her headphones. Submit allows everyone in the vicinity except her to listen to the music, thanks to superior noise cancelling and soundproofing. Submit can be used to output painfully loud noise to stun opponents among other things. Share is the combination of both modes. The output settings can be changed using Resona's neural connection with Echo, so yeah, using her mind. This applies to changing any function of the headphone, music selection, volume, FM frequency, form changing, you name it. As for the radio bit. Echo can use Resona to communicate with her team using a highly encrypted connection, making communications very secure and difficult for enemies to detect and intercept. She can also use Share and Submit on devices that are linked with Resona.

The 2nd form is Resona's Battle Form, where the headphone morphs into a white protective helmet, similarly to how a motocross helmet may look, with the same white and metallic silver colour scheme. Four cords with small, but powerful speakers, will protrude from the back of the helmet, under her apparel, and go separately towards her two palms and her shoes. Strongly attaching them to her. Using the 4 speakers, she can exert very strong sounds. For example, she may use the speakers on her palm to render her enemies temporarily deaf from white noise. She may also exert white noise to her soles to propel her off the ground for a few inches. This gives her increase mobility as she can skate across the air this way. The noise can also be used as a protective barrier to keep her from getting hurt, it can even keep fired bullets suspended in air! However, unless she was already wearing something protective, she's quite susceptible to attacks in this. And as her role as the group's coordinator, Echo only has this mode as a precaution.

Character CS

Name:
Hashira, Kagami

Code Name:
Spyglass

Gender:
Female

SO:
Heterosexual

Age:
16

Bio:

It's a very simple story, you know, the one behind the scars. The players are easy; a wild driver with an expired license, a self-driving truck with a hardware malfunction missed in the weekly inspection and a load of steel pipes, a family car with a mother at the wheel, a father fast asleep in his chair, and a little girl sitting on the right side watching out the window. All of them in the right place at the wrong time.

No, that's just the easy story, for it only lasted for however long it takes tires to screech and glass to crunch. The real story is in the after. It is the week that Kagami spent in a deep sleep while her father was buried and the doctors fussed over her. It is within the months she spent in a hospital bed while her body mended, or the following year of physical therapy where she had to relearn skills she had mastered ten years prior; how to place weight upon her legs and move them. The story hides between the lines of text which scrolled across her tablet as Kagami desperately attempted to catch up with the coursework of a school that had continued to teach in her absence. It was in the smile of the kindly counselor who always nodded as she spoke to make her say more, or the gleam of light off the two plastic pill bottles which sat upon the counter when she returned home. One to help manage the pain, and the other to keep her mother’s more worrying thoughts away.

No, the story was within the autumn chill as Kagami and her mother made their yearly trek up the silent hill to where her father lay.

Personality:
Kagami is a quiet girl, not shy by any means, nor reluctant or unapproachable, simply quiet. Due to this she tends to be fairly socially awkward, often not quite knowing how to respond or what to say when with people she is not familiar with. When Kagami is with people that she knows well, it isn't so much that she acts like a different person, she is still quiet and to some degree aloof, she is simply more willing to part with her opinion when she would normally hold her tongue. When she does speak, Kagami is honest and frank, she rarely lies unless she feels there is a good reason to do so.

She is hard to shake, solid in moments of stress or as carefully laid plans begin to unwind into chaos. Even when rattled she keeps her wits about her and attempts to find a way to turn her fortunes around.

Hobbies:
  • Gardening, sitting on the windowsill of her room Kagami has several pots, one with a bonsai tree she has been working on since her days in the hospital, another with assorted flowers, and a third with several different kinds of herbs.
  • She also dabbles in photography, and has quite a good eye for depth and scene.
Likes:
  • She loves roses, pink ones to be specific, and she adores flowers of all different sorts and varieties.
  • Her favorite flavor of ice cream is neopolitan. Typically the strawberry and vanilla vanishes before the chocolate.
  • She loves watermelon and sushi. Usually not at the same time.
  • Her favorite color is pink.
  • She loves being the tourist, to simply spend time sightseeing and snapping a picture of anything that might strike her fancy as she wanders.
Dislikes:
  • Kagami hates cooking, she is more than happy to do the dishes in any relationship if it means she doesn't have to go anywhere near an oven or stovetop.
  • She tends to dislike cramped or enclosed spaces, she isn't claustrophobic by any means, she just doesn't like it.
  • Kagami dislikes cucumbers. If she sees it on any food she immediately will pluck it off and place it aside.
Phobias:
Merinthophobia- Fear of being bound or tied up.

She has a strong aversion to vehicles, trucks mainly, by she doesn't exactly fear them so much simply has a feeling of apprehension and unease when around them.

Suspected Reason for Acceptance:
Kagami is an extraordinarily fast learner, she can pick up new ideas and concepts quickly and replicate them to a high degree. This adaptability makes her easy to train and teach, with little lag time between learning and mastery.

Appearance:
The right side of her face is like that of a porcelain doll which has been struck by a hammer. Not hard enough to misshape the form or leave pieces missing, but to crack the smooth surface and leave a latticework of damage behind. If one ignores the scar tissue, the features of Kagami’s face are typically light and rounded, feminine and smooth aside from her jawbone which gives her face a definite line. Her eye - her natural eye is a mellow honey-brown in color, and there is a mole, a small black beauty mark just below her left eye. While her bangs are trimmed just in line with her eyebrows, most of Kagami’s straight black hair comes to to about mid-shoulder blade, and is often simply left loose, with only a hair clip over her left eye.

However, the scars are, more than likely, the first thing you will notice about her. They bloom outward from around her right eye, a disjointed cacophony of lines and patches of silver skin which run down across her cheek, and vanish upwards into her hairline. The left side of her face is relatively unblemished, aside for a single silver line of scar tissue which runs across her nose until it comes to a stop below her left eye. There are other scars upon her body as well, a thin one on her left shoulder, another just to the right of her heart, scrapes on her knee and thigh, all thin, but long from fading away.

Her body is on the slim side, not well muscled nor with much fat. She looks fairly soft, however, someone who eats correctly, but does not exercise enough to tone her muscles. Her bust is moderate, her hips slim, her legs long. Her right knee is weak, a joint which never properly healed, though just by looking at it, you wouldn't know anything is wrong.

Minerva CS

Name:
Oculus Curios

Abilities:
All that is seen can be known, all that is known can be reproduced, all that can be reproduced can be used. Make the weapons of your enemies your own, and they will no longer hold an edge.

At its most basic Oculus Curios is an eye, sure the eye provides the user with excellent optics, enhanced vision, a telescopic zoom, as well as access to magnetic, thermal, and low-light optics, but it is still an eye. The eye also has several situational assessment options for the user, from pointing out likely points of ambush, to showing probable lines of trajectory for bullets and other forms of missile, and scanning objects both foreign and known to see how the object works. The ability of the Curios to scan, recognize, and catalog objects is where the eye truly starts to show its true use in combat scenarios.

Any object that has been fully scanned by the eye, can be reproduced perfectly by the Oculus Curios using hard light. Hard light reproductions are often times far more fragile than their original counterparts, but that does not mean that they are not deadly, blades produced by this light are incredibly sharp, bullets rend flesh easily -- however these weapons tend to be extremely ineffective against hard surfaces and bodily armors.

The eye uses ambient light within the area to create the object, which has a definite effect on how large of an item she can create. While in low-light environments either time is needed to collect enough light to reproduce the object, or she can only create things that are small and thin. If there is no light within the area, then Kagami can create nothing.

Appearance:
Oculus Curios looks almost like a perfectly normal human eye aside for the color of the iris which seems to shift between orange and pink, depending on lighting conditions. Pink for lighter, orange for darker.
