Despite having the hope of the entire country on her back, Hitomi's unwavering confidence can clearly be seen in the way she walks, and the way she talks. She knows full well that she is powerful, smart, and sexy, and she owns it in style. She does things on her own terms, and years of experiences and failures have taught her how to not let her confidence get the better of her.

Hitomi has a very motherly demeanor, outside of the public scene, and is a mother figure to most of the magical girls. She is very approachable, and would not mind conversing with anyone, providing that she is not busy. She is also often seen personally instructing some magical girls when they are training, or as a substitute teacher for a random class because she loves teaching, and also because she can.

Biography:

Long time ago, there lives a colossal Grimm.

It stood as tall as about 5 storey building, and it was making sure to destroy as much building as possible. It stood on two legs, and it's fist shook the ground every time it pounds a building into dusts.

People were fleeing as chaos took over. Military clearly could not stop the monster, as it was too intelligent to just stand in front of tank cannons and rockets. All the military could do was buy more time for the civilians with their lives. The situation was hopeless, until a girl appears.

"Are you sure this is going to work?" The girl, not younger than 14 or 15, asked a team of camera men and radio technician standing behind her. "The more people cheering, the more power you have, this will work." A man in business suit replied.

"Even through camera?"

"In theory, yes, but I'm confident it will."

The girl rolled her eyes. Once again she was risking her lives. It's not a big problem for her, but the whole television show deal seemed pointless to her. Now she had a group of camera men to escort, and that's a liability.

But hey, she wasn't going to just let this Grimm destroy New Kyoto.

"Show this country why you are called Gungnir, the spear that never miss. I believe in you!" The man in suit said, fist shaking with enthusiasm. It was hard to tell if he had faith in the girl, or was just looking forward to profit. Yet, the girl would rather believe that he had faith in her.

Without hesitation, the girl transformed into her magical girl form, and rushed in the opposite direction of the fleeing crowd. She jumped from buildings to building, adeptly navigating through the chaos. A helicopter followed her close by, cameramen ready to capture the historical events that was about to occur.

The girl caught the attention of the Grimm, and like a wasp, proceeded to stab it from every direction possible. The Grimm tried to crush her, but mostly ended up slapping itself. Soon, the Grimm was lying on the floor from exhaustion, blue spears penetrated every few meter of it's body.

The girl then summoned a giant red lance, and threw it at one of the blue spear. The explosion chained from one spear to another, obliterating the Grimm. The girl narrowly escaped from the blast, jumping high up and grabbed onto the helicopter that followed her.

"Fear not, I am Gungnir, the spear that never miss!" She said to the camera, smiling brightly. The whole television show deal worked. She never felt this much power coursing through her before...

"...and that's DDC episode 1, how Doki Doki channel became famous!" Hitomi said to the class she was teacher for the day. The history teacher were tied up with meetings and paperwork, and so she volunteered. "So, any questions?" She asked to the awestruck class of students who never expected to be taught about the Viscountess, by the Viscountess.

Primary Power: Chaos Lance

Hitomi can conjure any number of glowing red lance within 10 meter, capable of extending (or contracting) it's handle or shaft to any length on command.

The Lance is weightless, and extremely hard and durable. It automatically fixes itself if damaged or bent out of shape.

The shaft of the lance has the property to destabilize any form of magic on contact, allowing it to pierce through most magical based defense, both Grimm and Magical Girls. Also allows it to heavily damage any other magical objects including weapons and projectiles.

The destabilized magical energy will return to it's user without any loss, but it only takes an instant to impale anything.

Secondary Power: Abyssal Spear

Hitomi can also conjure any number of glowing azure spear within 30 meter, capable of being telekinetically controlled within conjuring range. The spear is also weightless and extremely hard, but unlike the lance, is brittle. The tiniest chip in any part of the spear will lead to a total structural failure, much like a tempered glass, releasing all of it's magical energy with explosive results.

The entire body of the spear will also forcefully absorb any form of magic on contact. However, the rate of absorption is quite slow, and it is almost impossible to completely drain anything beyond lesser Grimm of magical energy, even if the target was porcupine'd by dozens of spear. The spear also cease to absorb magic once it reached it's max capacity.

However, the main function of this spear is not to drain magic, but to store magic in order to empower it's explosion. It takes about 5 seconds for the spear to gain maximum amount of magic it can absorb, and Hitomi can also fill it with her own magic. At maximum energy, the explosion from the spear will also damages and explode any spear within it's blast radius in a chain reaction.

And it takes a lot of force to damage the spear.

Tertiary Skill: Total body precision

Hitomi is extremely talented at precisely controlling her own body movements. Combined with years of training, she can perfectly perform any acrobatic maneuver.

This also allows her to impale most target with her lance without having to track her target constantly. A good estimate of where her target will be by the time she thrust her lance is enough.

Hyper Power: Wicked Pierce

An improved variation of Hitomi's primary and secondary which consumes a significant amount of magic, but still cheap enough to be used regularly without tiring herself out.

She can summon a giant version of her Chaos Lance, as large as a big tree, and thrust it with immense force. She can easily crush tanks or send them flying. The Wicked Chaos Lance then disappear afterwards.

She can also summon a giant version of her Abyssal Spear, about half the size of a telephone pole. The Wicked Abyssal Spear can absorb 5 times the amount of magic compared to it's normal version, an it takes the same amount of time for it to gain maximum charge. This increases it's destructiveness exponentially.

Clutch Power: Javelin of Annihilation

Using an immense amount of magic from both positive and negative emotion, Hitomi can create a form of energy that is the antithesis of magic. This "anti-magic" is suspended into a shape of a throwable black Javelin.

The Javelin is ethereal in nature, and travels rapidly in a straight line once thrown, unaffected by wind or gravity. It will pass through any non magical object or being, until it makes contact with a magical object, which will results in total annihilation of both the Javelin and the target. Any magic caught within the explosion will also continues to annihilate with any remaining anti-magic within the Javelin, increasing the explosion power even further.

This process is very exhausting for Hitomi, and it will temporary put her out of fight once she uses it.

Hitomi can, theoretically, use her Hyper in conjunction with her Clutch, resulting in Wicked Javelin of Annihilation. It's giant version will easily level an entire city of thrown at a big enough magical source. Hitomi will most likely be caught in the blast and become annihilated.

Appearance:
Is 168 cm tall. Slender and has a very toned body from years of gymnastics and dancing. Often wears a slit skirt dress that complements her curves. Has a long, magically (in figurative sense) silky black hair down to her back, and wears a pair of chic glasses with red/blue patterned frame.

Appearance after Transformation:
A skintight leather body suit covering her torso to her leg, but leaving her shoulder, back, and arms bare, showing off her smooth skin. Her thigh high leather boots allows her to attach her lance onto it, giving a piercing red high heels.

Chie is a bold girl, quick to give her opinion and always happy to talk. She doesn’t hide her emotions well, and it is extremely easy to tell when it is she is attempting to tell a lie. If Chie is happy, you know that she is happy, if Chie is sad, then grab a box of tissues, if Chie is mad -- well you get the point, right? She is ever the optimist, no matter how dire the situation, she would always try to find a way she could tip the balance. Survive, or help another survive. Still, for all she acts, her self-confidence isn't completely unshakeable. She’ll put on a brave face, she’ll play the part of the unflappable, and hope she can be half as unbreakable as she acts.

Biography:
The darkness shifted as the old clock groaned its eleven rings, each forced through straining clockwork well on its way to giving up. Her mother had worked hard to keep the old heirloom ticking, but the parts were tired, new pieces hard to come by on a single parent’s salary. Outside, beneath a now broken streetlamp, a dark shape lurched forward. The magical girl scrambled backwards, even across the street, in the thin light of the moon, Chie could see the blood, the desperation carved into the twist of the girl’s face, the faint glitter of gold from the creature.

A sharp siren whined to life, an incessant screech for attention. She had heard it before, her mother had taken her to the basement then, where they had hid until the sun broke the horizon and the dark was chased away. Chie could already hear her mother moving, something heavy hitting the ground as her mother flailed her way out of bed.

“Chie!” Her mother called. The sound of feet across the floor.

“At the window.” Chie called back. The Magical Girl raised her left arm, water collected and churned. Chie felt her breath catch in her throat. The Grimm scrambled close, and the ball of water exploded out into mist. A tendril sneaked through a gap in the window and brushed against her hand. A single scream cut the air.. A wet crunch. The mists shivered, thinned.

Her mother’s hand caught her shoulder. “Chie, we need to get going, quick.”

“Why?” Chie asked.

“It’s dangerous.” Her mother breathed.

“It's already dead, mommy.” Chie said. The mists scattered, as quick as they had taken shape, the white returning to the thin gray of middle night. The magical girl clutched her side and stared at the Grimm with half a broken streetlamp piercing its head.

Primary Power:
Mistwalker
Any object her mists fully surround, Chie can reduce to mist, be it solid or a liquid. She can then freely move the object around, and rematerialize the object wherever she pleases. Planted in the ground, hovering in the sky, so long as it is within her mist she can give it form. However, if her mists are blown away around the mistified item, it will immediately materialize.

Secondary Power:
Mistcaller
In a broad area around herself, Chie can call forth a coiling mist which clouts one's vision in a writhing world of white and fog. The thickness of the fog is not uniform, the edges are thinner, wispy, while near the core one can barely see a foot before all things are reduced to motes of shivering black. So long as Chie is within her mists, she can turn her body into vapor and return to a physical form anywhere that her mists touch.

Lost in the Mists
With use of her Hyper, Chie can spread her mists outward, have them drift slowly over an ever expanding field of influence. The spreading process is slow, a constant creep outwards, often no faster than a slow saunter. Anything within her mists she can move and shift at a whim. She could constantly change a forest around you or leave you trapped within an ever shifting maze of stolen stone and metal. So long as it is within her mists, Chie can move and shape it, grant it new form and purpose, until whatever it is that has drawn her ire has had the life squeezed out of it.

Clutch Power:
What Lurks in the Dark
In every imagination lurks a monster. A thing with teeth and claws and crooked jaws, which slouches its way ever forward, impossible to ever escape, no matter how far one runs. In every slanted dream a nightmare waiting to be set free, and you are safe from those dread visions once one's eyes spring open and normal breath returns to their breast. Yet, in Chie’s mists those monsters are real. They have teeth, and claws, and crooked maws, and they are coming for you. So, run, run, for in these shivering mists you will find your end.

When Chie uses her clutch, a seed of fear is drawn out of all those within the mist. Each seed takes the form of the fear that created it within the mind of the person it was taken from.

She could give Jekyll and Hyde chills.

Hanta speaks in an often jarring, broken manner. Sentences short and clipped, almost mechanical in a way with very little innate emotion expressed through tone. She is typically quiet, with a harsh intensity of presence. That said, she's also the sort of person who sometimes loses themselves, have their mind slip somewhere far away while her body remains, sometimes aimlessly moving, sometimes motionless her gaze latched onto some distant object.

In combat, or when stressed, Hanta is far different. The normally stoic girl becomes oddly emotive, her typically mechanical speech patterns loosen and smooth out. More often than not, an extremely broad toothy grin claims her lips, as her tone takes an upbeat turn. And, whatever inhibitions she might have been harboring slide away. She will relentlessly pursue whatever has placed her in this stated, with an almost madman’s focus.

It's best for one's health to not be between Hanta and her target while she is in this state.

Biography:
They said to write. About the Grimm. I don't know why they are making a fuss. I did what they do on TV. I killed it. I wanted to kill it. Then I had an axe. The axe made me feel warm. So I swung it.

I only used the kitchen knife because I fumbled the axe.

I only kept cutting because it kept moving.

(Above writing excerpt taken from seven year old Hanta Monstua following the North Belvue incident. It is record that the girl had all but flayed the Grimm by the time police arrived on the scene of the attack. The girl’s arm was broken in three places, but she showed no discomfort while she was being taken to the hospital. I recommend her being admitted immediately into the New Kyoto Academy. And, once her powers have developed further, have her file passed along to the DDC.

It would be for the best if this story is given to the media in a limited fashion, and the patient not be interviewed.

When Hanta transforms she gains a scarred axe with a long handle and a wicked looking head. The axe can slice through most substances with ease. The axe boosts Hanta’s strength and speed, as well as grants her a high tolerance to pain.

Secondary Power:
Hunter’s Sight
While in use, Hanta can detect the residual heat left behind by the passage of living creatures. If she is on your trail, she's a hard follower to lose. And she'll keep coming until she finds you.

Tertiary Skill:
Hanta has a talent for calming animals, no matter how frantic.

Hyper Power:
Demon’s Touch

From the floor, from the ceilings, from the lamps, from the walls hands crawl. They reach and they grasp, a hundred grasping hands and a thousand flittering digits each aiming to grab a hold and to never let go. And perhaps if they get a good grasp, they can drag you far far away, into the abyss.

Or perhaps they will simply hold you still so that woman with an axe in her hand and a smile on her lips can make her way over. As fast as she would like.

Clutch Power:
Forest of Spikes
In a space around her, either random or in locations of her choosing a great forest of viciously pointed spikes burst from the ground. If her target is lucky, it will be simply skewered and die quick, or if unlucky they will be struck and not killed, or be missed completely and find themselves trapped within a forest of points and polls as Hanta hunts them down.

Primary Power:
Scouring Flame.

Duchess possesses refined control over the manipulation of fire. In particular, her ability largely manifests in arc-like flares, which shoot out and expand from their place of origin. When they come into contact with any stopping surface, they explode violently, sending off mini-flares in all directions around the point of impact. In addition to the flares, she can also generate massive waves of intense heat, beams of concentrated fire, and bouncing "fireballs" that spin and whistle as they fly through the air. She is able to create these displays anywhere within her line of sight, with the strength of the ability weakened by distance and reduced visibility.

Secondary Power:
Rise from Ash.

Any moment Duchess would sustain a lethal injury, her body is bathed in fire, and she emerges fully healed of any physical wounds. However, she takes a negative mental strain equal to the level of damage her ability mended, leading to impaired judgement, volatile emotional states, and eventual mindless rampage. The further on this madness is, the more gold Duchess' eyes become.

Tertiary Skill:

Few know it, but Duchess is an exceptional tennis and volleyball player, and will often use her "vacations" while recuperating to improve her game. Beyond that, she has a fondness towards rafting, kayaking, and fishing.

Hyper Power:
Firefall Flight.

Encasing herself in a giant inferno, Duchess takes the form of a massive flaming raptor. This only lasts for a few minutes, but while it holds, the effects are devastating; Every flap of her wings sends waves of searing heat, every time she cries a vortex of fire shoots from her beak. While in this form, Duchess is able to ascend high above a target, dive-bomb it, and let go of the flaming body in an explosion that decimates everything within fifty feet of the impact.

Clutch Power:
Unleash.

This is a triggered clutch, activated only when a certain level of negativity exists in Duchess as a result of her secondary. Forcing the energy through a similar method to her hyper, Duchess unleashes a 700 foot wide wave of fire and heat. Everything within the first fifty feet is incinerated, up to the 200th sustains third-degree air burns, 400th second-degree, and 700th first-degree. Those at the edge of the radius experience a strong arid wind, that while uncomfortable, is harmless.

A woman with her eyes(heh) set on gaining an abundance of fame by being a Doki Doki Channel member. Determined to not only gain the glory but fortune that comes along with it as well, by any cost. Coming from a more established household, she is very unaware of how the common world lives and functions; everyday is a new learning experience for her as her mind expands from before; having many misconceptions and pre-existing stereotypes in her mind being stomped on. Aside from that she is rather flirtatious, and seductive. Like a dominatrix of some sort, or even a succubus. She also has no problem with using this trait to manipulate others to get her way or reach her ambition.
Biography:

Eiki is a resident of New Kyoto, living in the upper echelon of society. Living with her father, she never really knew her mother. It was believed that she died during Eiki's birth. Her father owns the Mastuda Electric Incorporation hoping to one day pass it off to her. As a child she never experienced what others would call a 'full life'. Up until recently she had lived behind the gates of the manor oblivious to the outside world. Her family, other than her father, were the staff. Because the man was so busy, she never truly considered him a dad. He could never spend time with her, and never payed attention to her.

Ikki(her maiden name), was young and naive. She didn't understand, how tough running a company could be. Eventually she developed an inner resentment for the man. While having attachments to many of the staff in her manor, there was only one person that Ikki had a noticeable relationship with. A maid. Emelia. A woman who treated Ikki as her own. She was also the reason that Ikki became Eiki as well. A simple mispronunciation of the girls name, soon developed into a unique nickname. It was unusual.

Yet the day came. While at home, a Grimm attacked Eiki's home. Destroying most of it, the attack also took her right eye. Somehow she managed to survive; and the Grimm was gone. It was Emelia. Showing some unique powers and abilities she managed to ward off the Grimm. More than just a maid, she soon revealed that she had been a friend of Eiki's mother. Who promised to watch over her in secrecy, and see if she would develop any unique traits such as her own. For the time being there was no evidence of any magical power within the girl. Yet soon after the encounter with the Grimm Eiki showed signs of the development of magical abilities.

More specifically, electrical abilities. It wasn't too long until Emelia noticed this, and tried to take Eiki away; to the D.D.C. where the young girl could learn to control her magical abilities.Yet Emelia was not the only one to recognize this change. Her father decided that it would be best if the girl remained at home, where she would live her life preparing to adopt his business.Subtle conflict emerged between him and Emelia. It took a few years, but eventually Eiki's father allowed her to go with Emelia and learn to control her abilities. His reasons even to this day remain a mystery to the girl.

Eiki learned how to control her magical talents and how to use them for good. Finding more enjoyment in being able to use her abilities Eiki decided that she would become a D.D.C. agent. But not just any kind, she was going to be number one! Why? Well she wanted to prove a point that her father couldn't tell her how to live and that she would make her own destiny...rather than him. It's been a few years since she first started and hasn't made it as far as she'd like. She still lives in the manor with her father and staff, but they're relationship seem to have decline even further than before.

Witches Spark:
Eiki can freely conjure, control and manipulate electric sparks from her body at will. These voltage of these sparks can be easily adjusted by concentration. However her limit comes with distance. The attacks potency is always stronger when attached to her body, however it begins to lose power as it travels farther and farther from the conductor; yet there are some exceptions. With this in mind, she generally likes to do combat mid-range and close-range to keep her attacks as most effective as possible..

Secondary Power:
Witches Attraction:
Eiki's secondary power allows her to create magnetic fields at her hands and feet. The fields are not large or super powerful. Mostly used to stick to metallic surfaces or attract metallic objects to herself, and stick them to her body. It's a small ability, but can be very useful depending on its use.

Tertiary Skill:
She can hold her own without any weapons.
Hyper Power:
Suppressed-Charge:
Eiki shrouds her entire body in a heavily concentrated electric field. This field is extremely violent and unstable, for not only those outside of it but her as well. While active, this ability allows Eiki to move faster with the cost of range. Every attack must be at close range, yet the rule of her primary ability still applies. After activation however the drawbacks kick in. Extreme muscle tension and fatigue. The longest she can hold is sixty seconds, but with enough work she believes she'll be able to increase that number.

Clutch Power:
The Final Bolt:
Harnessing all of the negative energy of fear or any form of animosity in the general area. Concentrating a large amount of her energy into one palm she creates a vibrant, violent ball of electric charge. Tossing it up into the air, the ball is imbued with all of her magical power, sending out powerful electric bolts at any nearby Grimm. Staying active for fifteen seconds. While it may not be used to finish off a Grimm, it can definitely do some significant damage. After use, Eiki cannot use her abilities for about 3-5 days, depending on how much magical energy the ball used.

Personality:
Ayumi is the sort of older sister who always pushed her siblings on. Be it a kind word when they were feeling down, encouragement when they seemed uncertain, or a shove, if ever required. She has a fairly happy-go-lucky attitude, not quite always easy going but her optimism is easy enough to see. Perhaps not surprising, but Ayumi has always been the helpful sort, willing to do her part for another in need -- and in many ways that attitude is reflected in her current rank within the DDC. Though, her career as a singer has also played its part there as well.

If one were to ask Akane about her opinion of her older sister, then somewhere within the deluge of words one could come to the conclusion that Ayumi is one of the girls who makes even the most complicated of tasks seem effortless. Exactly how easy the task is for her is debatable, but she definitely never looks one one who is struggling.

Primary Power:
The Big Bad Wolf
Ayumi summons forth a great wolf to aid her in combat. The wolf can act independent to the will of its mistress, so long as such action would benefit Ayumi, but more often than not it shall follow the orders Ayumi gives it to the letter. The wolf has excellent speed, strength, stamina, and endurance unlike its mistress who remains susceptible to attack. Further her wolf has excellent tracking skills, able to sniff out any threats which might be hiding or lead Ayumi to some desired destination.

Secondary Power:
Ayumi can call forth a trio of silver wisps which can produce brilliant light to distract or blind an opponent. Much like her younger sister’s these wisps also produce a constant soothing hum. These wisps will attempt to follow whatever order Ayumi gives them, so long as it is something they are able to do. These wisps are usually useful for distracting the enemy.

Tertiary Skill:
Ayumi is an excellent singer and dancer, and she isn’t half bad at sketching either. She can also bake one mean cake.

Hyper Power:
Ayumi’s wisps can burst in brilliant displays of color and light. The initial blast and flash harm Grimm, the closer they are to the epicenter, the more damage they receive, but even those who are distant will still be burned by the light. After bursting the wisps leave behind a bright glow on the ground, almost like fire. Any Grimm who touch this zone are burned, while witches and Ayumi’s wolves are strengthened.

Clutch Power:
With use of her clutch power Ayumi will summon forth a pack of five wolves to support her original familiar. These wolves work as one to rend the flesh of whatever target their mistress points them towards, and work as one to protect Ayumi if she were to be incapacitated.

Hitodama, while transformed, passively creates a mass of bright blue bubbles. She is able to direct them to any location within sight. At base power, they generate weak repulsive fields, gently pushing away anything near them. With focus, however, this field can be augmented and directed, allowing Hitodama to manipulate, interact with, or slam objects around her with varying degrees of force.

Secondary Power:

Blue Portal.
As with her sister, Hitodama can create a blue portal that only functions in connection with a counterpart red.

Psychic Amp.
When active, the two sisters act in near unison. Their abilities play into each other, rising in power and mixing until it is impossible to tell who's causing what in the resulting chaos.

Clutch Power:

Cry for Help.
Hitodama seems to mimic her sister's ability, generating a massive telepathic surge that shrieks static in the heads of everyone within a five kilometer radius. Those closest to Hitodama may be temporarily stunned, while those at the furthest reaches will only hear the faintest of cries. After this, she is emotionally and physically exhausted, requiring up to a week to recuperate.

Nari channels her accumulated energy into a jagged rend in space, which runs for the length of whatever object she is holding. This renders the object untouchable to outside forces while encased in the anomaly, and regardless of any cutting edge, able to slice through most materials without effort. As soon as the object leaves her hands, the rend dissipates, leaving the instrument no worse for wear.

Secondary Power:

Void Flex.
This ability augments the strength of any existing Vorpal Gash. Instead of merely extending to the length and width of the affected object, Void Flex allows the reach to be affected by kinetic motion. The harder Nari swings or thrusts her weapon, the further the tip of the rend extends. The faster Nari swings, the longer the trail left by the rend as it passes through the air.

Tsukinami.
Nari’s weapon unleashes either a wave or a beam of power, depending on the motion she makes with her weapon. This attack is a rippling wave of the same spatial anomaly born of the Vorpal Gash, and as such, it is only capable of being stopped short of its natural extension (100 ft.) by some form of magical defense.

Personality:
Hibiki is the sort who has always makes an impression. She is polarizing, you either adore her or despise her, but it is without a doubt that it is her overbearing personality which contributed greatly to her rise through the ranks. She has a strong force of will, a powerful charisma that often makes her the center of any room she happens to be in. Hibiki has always been one with a smile splitting her lips, one with a helpful word and encouraging pat on the shoulder.

However, Hibiki has a bad habit of overestimating her own abilities, and further she holds a certain air of arrogance. Her personality which makes her stick out in the mind so well also makes her rigid, unwilling to back down even when she knows she had made a mistake or was in the wrong. And, as much as she enjoys helping others, she also has a tendency to ascribe to the ideology of the “lord helps those who help themselves.” Likewise, she tends to see the world as “us versus them” be it humans versus the Grimm, or human against human.

Biography:

Primary Power:
Baroness generates a massive wave of sound which disrupts the atomic structure of Grimm, disintegrating lesser entities as they come into contact with the sound wave, and greatly weakening stronger ones over a series of blasts. Stronger Grimm will eventually succumb to the damage if they do not escape quickly enough.

Secondary Power:
“Music Soothes”
With this song Baroness can harmonize with the atomic structure of one or more surrounding Grimm. From there, she can adjust the Grimm’s physical structure, change it from a golden-eyed Grimm to a silver-eyed one. The Grimm will then fight alongside Baroness until she ends the song, the Grimm is killed, or until the Grimm burns out from the influx of positive emotion.

Tertiary Skill:
Hibiki is at heart a master performer, her performances are always first class, be they products of months of tireless timing and choreography with masters of the craft, or a flash performance in the middle of the street that she had decided on only a minute ago.

Hyper Power:
Baroness begins a song which damages all surrounding Grimm, and instills a feeling of purpose and joy within all who listen to it. Any human listening to the song will feel compelled to add their voice to it, and with each voice added the strength of the Hyper will grow, compelling others to join into the harmony as any hapless Grimm too close to the song to escape are unraveled.

Clutch Power:

Much like the hyper, Baroness’s clutch begins with a song. A powerful and compelling melody which entices all who hear to join in, let their darkest thoughts escape them through words and song. The song reaches far from Baroness, but it is inconsistent and wavering, as destructive to any Grimm as it is dangerous to the humans. The closer to the episcenter the worse the negative feedback from the song, and the more likely it is that a regular person could be harmed or even killed by the churning melody.

Marina has variable inertia. This is disconnected to her mass or weight; her body mass does not change at all, nor does the effect of gravity on her body. Merely, in any equation where inertia would need to be calculated, her magic is capable of generating a force that mimics a much higher level of inertia than all other factors would create. The amount of time needed for inertia to reach a certain point is positively, logarithmically related to the distance between her current state and the chosen point. The more distance, the more time needed, though it begins to taper off at the higher levels.

Secondary Power:

Proteccion.
Any opposing forces generated by the physical application of Marina's inertia magic do not effect her, in a directly proportional relationship to the level of her inertia. Meaning, the higher her level of inertia, the less damage she will sustain from any physical means. In addition (though this is more of a side-effect of her primary, it fits thematically with her secondary), knockback from any physical means is drastically reduced in linear relation to the level of her inertia.

Hyper Power:

Girar!
Marina's inertial abilities become temporarily suspended in regards to circular velocity, allowing her to generate massive amounts of centripetal force merely by spinning in place. The hyper also augments her ability to accelerate magically, reaching rotational speeds nearing 15 m/s. Once she attains a chosen velocity, the hyper ceases, giving her full prior inertia without the consequence of a slow start.

Clutch Power:

Cúpula Completa.
This clutch activates at the moment when a single lethal physical attack would overpower Marina's current inertia. Solely in relation to the offending object, her inertia is calculated as near infinite, rendering her invincible to that attack. If she is attacked from multiple directions, her clutch is unable to protect her. Directly after the object loses all momentum, the clutch deactivates, leaving Marina disoriented and vulnerable to any sort of offensive countermeasure.
