Can do! Also that's not what I meant but nevermind.

Name: 陈俊杰 [Romanization: Chen Jun Jie]

Callsign: November

Origin: Municipality of Shanghai, China. Enrolled in the People's Liberation Army, Ground Force.

Age: 34, as of 2024.

Rank: Chief Sergeant 4th Class

Gender: Male

Appearance: Image
Civilian Wear

Image
Battle Gear, excluding the concealed nose and mouth. Dark green in colour.

At 170.3cm (about 5'7) and 73kg (almost 160 lbs), Jie is lightweight for his profession and height. His sunken eyes and angular features make his otherwise very normal face somewhat distinguishable from anyone else. While not geared up, he wears a pair of corrective spectacles. These are replaced with contacts in battle. His gear is a flat, dark green excluding a white armband with a red cross, signifying his role as a medic, and he wears a pair of ballistic goggles.

Arms:
Primary:
[Defensive]
A QBZ-95-1 or Type 95 Modified Bullpup Assault Rifle, a modernized polymer bullpup design that chambers 5.8x42mm rounds in a 75-round drum or 30-round box (Jie prefers the former), modeled after firearms like the AUG. Standard Issue.

[Offensive] A Type 64 Submachine Gun, an internally suppressed SMG firing 7.62x25mm rounds in a 30-round box. Standard Issue.

[Secondary
A QSZ92-9 Type 92 Handgun, loading fifteen 9mm Parabellum rounds in the magazine.

Gear:
[Defensive]
Smoke Canisters, Fragmentation Grenades.

[Offensive] Flashbangs, Smoke Canisters.

Unique Gear:
[Defensive]
Repair Kit
Perhaps counterintuitively, the Repair Kit is used for battlefield medical procedures. It includes a small electromagnet and tweezers to extract bullets and shrapnel, adrenaline or morphine shots to dull pain, antiseptic solution, clotting solution, several sets of pressure bandages and tourniquets with scissors and adhesive tape, combat gauze and a tube of advanced tissue repair gel, applied directly into or onto injury to close the wound and replace lost tissue in a matter of moments. These are stored in a small case attached to Jie's person, and he uses them with practiced ease and frightening efficiency.

[Offensive] Combat Stimulants
A more lightweight kit, Jie's large sling bag of goodies contains a syringe, intravenous equipment and various vials and bags of drugs, stimulants and other fluids. Includes saline, adrenaline, morphine, common types of antivenom, and blood of type O-. Also contains gauze and tape.

Personality: Living in the Information Age and being surrounded by Western ideologies did little to quell the effects of his late father's teachings. Jie is quick to follow orders and quicker to come to one's aid. He often refers to others' judgement, being a follower by nature, and is generally stoic and unexpressive. He believes it is his duty to be an ideal soldier, one who protects his people and is unafraid to fight for them.

Off the field, Jie is a traditionalist and a conformist, almost fitting the "ideal honest worker" type to a T. His stoic demeanor is unchanged, though there's a bit of a misanthropic edge to it if you look hard enough. No, he won't tell why.

Name: Gunter Vahlen

Callsign: Lustig (Jolly in English)

Origin: Germany, Army, Kommando Spezialkräfte (KSK)

Age: 39

Rank: Unteroffizier Oberjäger (Translated: Subordinate Officer Senior Ranger) (Junior NCO, equivalent to Sergeant in US hierarchy)

Appearance: Image

Oberjäger Gunter "Lustig" Vahlen, as seen in [REDACTED], [REDACTED], sometime in late 2023.

Civillian Wear: Despite Gunter's age, he often dresses like a teenager, wearing slim fit jeans and Converse hi-tops, which he sometimes remarks are more comfortable for running than running shoes. A plain, single-colored t-shit accentuates his upper half, giving way to rumors that Gunter is not as humble as he seems. He often wears the headband (pictured above) he has in combat with his civillian wear, considering it a good luck charm.

Image

(Defensive)
(Gunter in defensive gear, note the giant pack on his back carrying his "die Säge" kit. Face mask not included.)

Primary Weapons:

(Offensive) HK417 A2, equipped with a holographic sight, fore-grip, and Gewitter-System located on the right rail. Suppresor optional.

(Defensive) MP5SFA3, equipped with a reflex sight, plus a rail-mounted flashlight and IR (laser) device. Suppresor optional.

Secondary Weapons

(Offensive) USP Tactical (.45 ACP), equipped with a sound suppressor

(Defensive) JTL-E .500 S&W Magnum 12"

Gear:Smoke Grenades and Flashbangs on Attack, Claymores and Flashbangs on Defence

Unique Abilities:

(Offensive)
The Gewitter-System (Translated to Lightningstorm System) is a rifle-mounted attachment that functions much like a rail-mounted flashlight on conventional weapons. The Gewitter-System, however, has a much wider tactical range than the traditional mounted flashlight, the light from it functioning much like the light found in a flashbang explosion, in that it overwhelms the targets' photoreceptor cells, resulting in the target suffering from blindness and damaged vision for several seconds after they have been hit in the face by the projected beam of the Gewitter-System. Even without the targets' eyes making direct contact with the module, the constant flashing (much like the rapid flashing of club lights or a camera) of the Gewitter-System's light has proven to be enough to disorient targets looking in the general direction of the light source. Activating the system is as simple as thumbing a button located on the backside of a custom foregrip provided with every system, a short twisted wire connecting both items in an attempt to prevent jamming that could otherwise happen with a wireless set-up.

Due to overheating caused by the module's massive power use, prolonged use of the Gewitter-System may result in the module's bulb burning out or "popping", the latter causing significant damages to the system.

Despite this seemingly significant setback, the Gewitter-System has been successfully used in field operations, one of the most famous cases occuring on XX-XX-23, where a prototype was used when a KSK-FBI HRT joint practice operation was interrupted by a hostage situation at a local university. The joint KSK-FBI HRT task force was able to infiltrate and neutralize the threat, with the debriefing praising the Gewitter-System for playing a big part in subduing the hostile elements encountered in the raid.

(Defensive)
"die Säge" (Translated to 'The Saw') is the name given to an advanced MG3 assembly kit found in KSK combat elements focused on objective defence operations. Operators who have been qualified to carry the kit into combat have been trained to retain the speed and maneuverability they had without the kit in tow, accomplishing this through a combination of hikes, jogs, and sprints-based excercises. Additionally, kit users have been conditioned to prolonged encumberance and can assemble the weapon within 30 seconds to just under a minute, depending on the environment and conditions provided. The assembled MG3 can only function (practically) while deployed on a tripod sitting on a flat, stable surface. Also included with the kit comes an additional barrel and an attachable telescopic sight, prolonging the use and effective range of the weapon.

Personality: Peer reports claim that Gunter displays an overly sanguine demeanor in all situations he's been placed in. Gunter is the type of individual to carry a bright smile on his face through every step of a 90-hour cross country run, and somehow make others do the same through his tendency to tell jokes and have banter with those around him. This cheerful and friendly personality has earned him a role as sort of a big brother to those he operates with. His peers have come to refer to him as "Weihnachtsmann", or Santa Claus in English, on account of his long beard and what many who meet him refer to as a "jolly aura".

On the battlefield, however, it is as if Gunter's loquacious self disappears into a vacuum, and the operator known as Oberjäger Vahlen takes control. The man barely talks, unless he's calling out a position or clicking his tongue to communicate with his team. When the bullets start to fly, Vahlen sees himself as, not a wall, but a panzer between the enemy and his team. Where a wall takes bullets, a panzer takes bullets and fires back. He feels no hesitation in eliminating a threat, of any kind, to his team, resulting in an efficient killing machine who rarely faces the one of the most dangerous enemies to an operator: the human conscience.
