Anna's Scribbles

A place for those who dabble in paint. Or, you know, pixels. Because they matter too.

Ohhh, so cool. These recent sketches look simplistic but can tell you've been observant about clothing creases and anatomy oAo

Request for Wholey33~
Alone she drifts from ancient mists
Nary a candle, nary a wish
But in the wont of wandering paths
Through wooded knolls, and windworn crags
She seeks a face she thought as friend
But now -- she thinks as judgement's end

I really like the pose and the lab coat. Interesting socks design. It kinda gives the feel of the "eccentric scientist" vibe.

Thank you! Not too fond of the face, might redraw, and dull the colors a tad.

As Wholey vehemently insisted, "she's a doctor!"

It looks really cool ^_^
The angle of the right hand seems a bit off, though it might just be me.

I think it's the outline of the fingers, not the angle of the hand itself. They're kinda wonky.

Attempt at a more Burtonesque style. I think I'll name her... Raselyne.

Oops I accidentally a remake

No Burtonesque this time. Too creepy.

Also went back to using the analog brush style, and started drawing on a 8000x8000 canvas at 350 dpi with a size 15 brush (as opposed to a 4000x4000 at 300 dpi with a size 6). This is the piece that's taken me the longest, I think.

She is beautiful....
Both styles. Gorgeous.
What inspired you to do each part?

I was bored and wanted to draw something new, but didn't know what. Kurusu gave me some random words (silk, rock, royal) and I went from there.
